Hotel location is good, staff very nice and willing to help. Breakfast quite balance. Room clean and comfortable. The only negative observation is the bath top, extremely small and dangerous, it is slippery and high too reach.

Good but……

Hotel is in good location everything is on walking distance, staff are great and very friendly, couple of complaints first one breakfast is the same every day and the shower is too small.

Great location and good value for the room!

It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had was the shower, which was in a small bathtub with a high side to climb in and out of, and the tub was very slippery.

Was very handy to transport options. Airport bus no longer stops at Los Heroes it seems which was my main reason for choosing this Hotel but the Republica stop was only 10 minutes walk away so worked out ok. My room was very quiet which is a bonus on this trip. Breakfast was ok, had better had worse.

Nice and cost effective hotel

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Also the room is very spacious. Free breakfast was also good. Breads, scrambled eggs, orange juice and fruits were enought to start an energetic day.

Central location. Great view. Very nice accommodations. Would stay again. NOTE: the entrance is confusing to get to, especially after hours, since you need to access the plaza via the walkway at the parking garage entrance in the side street (in a dodgy area). Access from near the metro station is the usual way but this gets gated off at night.

Good location, mediocre hotel.

The hotel is in a good location if you can find it. It was definitely hard to find in the dark the forst time we arrived, but it is close to the sites. The wifi was awful. About 80% of the time, the wifi connection wasnt even giving us a signal. The breakfast was below average with just a boxed lunch.

Hotel super bem localizado, perto dos principais pontos turísticos e pertinho da estação La Moneda, que facilita bastante a locomoção rápida para várias pontos da cidade. O café da manhã todavia não possua grandes variedades, é bem servido, saboroso e com variação suficiente para atender aos diversos paladares (café, sucos, achocolatado, pães, bolo, queijos e frutas, etc). Além disso, o quarto dispoe de uma área para preparo de pequenas refeições e isso foi perfeito! Agregou conforto a nossa viagem. Importante falar também da atencão e presteza de todos os funcionários da recepção, da limpeza e da cozinha. Todos muito agradáveis. Acho que o único ponto que pode ser negativo para algumas pessoas, especialmente idosos, ou pessoas com problemas de locomoção, é a parte do banho, porque a ducha fica dentro de uma banheira. No entanto isso não representou problema para mim, nem para o meu esposo. Já recomendamos o hotel aos nossos parentes que desejam conhecer Santiago.
