I had a 2-night trip to Santiago. The main negative point was that the shower eas cold for both nights. I called the reception and they said that would restart the gas heating, but it didn't work. Bed was comfortable and clean but towels were old. Location: good, there are restaurants in a walking distance. Costanera mall is 2km away. Breakfast: I did not have time to try - they start serving at 7:30 am, and for the day-trips I had to leave early (around 6/ 6:30).

Muitooo mais ou menos

O hotel é bem localizado, atendimento e limpeza ok. Nao espere luxo, quarto e banheiro grande. Luxo e modernidade passam longe deste hotel. O quarto é minusculo, da ate fobia de ficar nele. Entre a porta de entrada do quarto e a cama é meio passo e 2 passos vc esta no banheiro. O banheiro é da decada de 1930, tem uma banheira mas so cabe um bebe reborn! Nao recomendo quem tem mais que 1.75 de altura se hospedar neste hotel, com certeza nao conseguira sentar no vaso sanitario com as pernas retas, e nem tomar banho de forma reta. Quarto bem desconfortavel para quem gosta de espaco, se este nao for o seu caso, pode se hospedar sem esperar muita coisa. Internet e tv funcionando todos dias, banheiros funcionando, tem secador de cabelo no quarto. Cafe da manha simples mas ok, nao se passa fome, mas nao va na esperanca de ter milhoes de opcoes.

Caluroso y pequeño

La atención, la limpieza y el desayuno nada que decir, un 10 de 10 pero la habitación muy pequeña y sin aire acondicionado o un ventilador, demasiado calurosa la habitación, fue horrible dormir así todos sudado y con la ventana abierta fue pero por el ruido ambiente de la calle.

Boa localização, perto do metrô. Atendimento ótimo, simpáticos e bem prestativos. Café da manhã gostoso e com boas opções. Quarto e banheiro bem pequenos. Não é uma boa opção para quem gosta de ficar em hotéis durante a estadia. Tudo limpinho. No primeiro dia o elevador estava em manutenção depois funcionou. Estrutura antiga mas funcionando. Não tinha ar condicionado no meu quarto mas pelo clima que estava não foi necessário. A noite a água demorava para esquentar e não ficava muito quente. Para mim o custo benefício foi otimo.

O Hotel fica bem localizado, mas achei os arredores inseguro para caminhar a pé. Prédio muito antigo, o quarto é minúsculo, com um banheiro menor ainda. A cama era confortável, mas não tem lugar para colocar mala. Elevador é o menor que já andei na vida, só pode subir duas pessoas por vez. Café da manhã razoável.

Excelente hubicación y atención.

En un principio nos dieron una habitación que no coincidía con lo reservado, se reservó cama queen y la habitación tenia cama full (más pequeña que la queen), la habitación era muy pequeña y si bien tenía armario no tenia estantes donde colocar cosas, unicamente dos ganchos para colgar la ropa... muy pequeña e incómoda. Sin embargo al hacer el reclamo, me cambiaron la habitación sin mayor reparo, por una mucho más cómoda y con el tamaño de cama correcto. Desde ahí todo fluyó muy bien y la atención excelente. Los desayunos tambien fueron muy bien servidos.

Ótima localização e excelentes funcionários

Hotel limpo, funcionários super educados. Achei a cama de casal muito pequena e desconfortável. O banheiro bem pequeno. Passamos 1 semana e o café da manhã era o mesmo todos os dias, mas saboroso. Wi-fi funcionava muito bem. Localização excelente e tranquila, perto do metrô e mercadinhos. Como pagamos no cartão de crédito ainda no Brasil, ficamos isentos do IVA.

La cama no es lo que venden

En general bien, excepto por la cama, pagué una cama Queen y la verdad no lo eran, incluso era un poco más pequeña que la de 2 plazas. Eso fué lo único negativo

Very outdated

The hotel was really outdated. We had booked 2 night stay but we checked out after 1 night because the rooms were very small, bathroom extremely small, very old rooms, couldnt find AC remote, no hot water kettle or microwave. Breakfast was very basic- the croissants and baked items were dry and cold.

pésima atención

pésima atención, mi amiga tuvo un accidente y 0 ayuda, se fracturó el hueso en 4 partes de la pierna y no fueron capaz de hacer nada, en el accidente la llave de la habitación se perdió y no dijieron “mmm eso sale 25mil” nos dijieron de 1 a 3 horas llega una ambulancia x lo cual tuvimos q pedir un uber ya que ella no podía mas con el dolor, al momento de llegar al uber no fueron capaces ni sisiquiera de ayudarnos a subirla al auto ya q ella es más grande que nosotros, en ese momento me dio tanta rabia que les dije a lo que me respondieron “ese no es nuestro trabajo”
