Valor justo para os serviços prestados.

O Hostal fica numa região boa na Providencia. Perto de restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Próximo da estação do Metrô e de ônibus. Local silencioso. Café da manhã simples, mas justo pelo valor da estadia. O atendimento é muito bom. O prédio é antigo e precisa de melhorias para dar um melhor atendimento aos hóspedes. Eu conversei com os proprietários e eles ficaram bem interessados em resolver para dar um melhor atendimento.

Horrible place to stay; overcharge you & no heat

I’m disappointed because I stayed 1 night and placed it for 3 nights in Orbitz. When I left they overcharged me & told me I had to pay more and ecterca. Disappointed plus no heat; super cold there. Breakfast 3 slices of bread & coffee. The coffee was okay but the rest was disappointing. I complained to Orbitz about the Hostal Union overcharge. Plus I showed them the receipt of what I paid. Bad experience.
