The bedroom features a king bed, 55" smart TV, soaring 10-foot ceilings, and a large walk-in closet. The private ensuite bathroom is generously sized, offering a walk-in tile shower, a separate soaking bathtub, a double sink vanity, and a private toilet room — everything you'd expect from a primary suite.

Second floor:
At the top of the stairs, an open landing area features two sets of built-in bunk beds — four twin beds total — along with a 55" smart TV, making it a natural hangout space for kids with plenty of room to spread out. From the landing, guests also have access to the large private outdoor deck with additional seating.
The second floor includes three additional bedrooms. The king suite features a 55" smart TV, a walk-in closet, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, dual sink vanity, and separate toilet room, and direct access to the outdoor deck — making it a serene retreat at the end of the day. The two queen bedrooms are each well-appointed with a 55" smart TV and closet space, and share a beautifully designed Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a walk-in tile shower with a built-in bench, double sink vanity, and a separate toilet room.

Bathrooms:
The home features three full bathrooms and one half bath. Two of the full bathrooms are private ensuites — one on each floor — and the third is the shared Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the two queen bedrooms. The half bath is conveniently located on the first floor for easy access from the main living areas.

Ed Walline Beach access is approximately 0.6 miles away, easily reached by car, golf cart, bike, or walk. Gulf Place — home to popular restaurants and shops on 30A — is also just 0.6 miles away.
