Paisa en Rodadero
El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, las personas son muy amables, en términos generales es limpio, pero se quedan cortos en los elementos de aseo personal, muy escasos, y de baja calidad.
El desayuno es bueno, se nota la higiene.
En cuanto relación precio servicios, considero que podrían ajustar un poco la tarifa, he estado en hoteles en buenos sitios, con menor tarifa y mejores servicios.

EN FOTOS ES MUY DISTINTO A LA REALIDA. EN GENERAL EL HOTEL ESTA MUY DESCUIDADO, FUIMOS EN PLAN FAMILIAR, UNA DE LAS OPCIONES DE ESCOGER EL HOTEL FUE POR LA PISCINA PARA LOS NIÑOS.....EL PRIMER DÍA HO LA SORPRESA QUE ENCONTRAMOS EN LA PISCINA ESTABA SUCIA Y HABÍA UNA RATA MUERTA Y NI LOS MISMOS EMPLEADOS SE DIERON CUENTA, SE LE INFORMO AL HOTEL, EL SERVICO DE RESTAURANTE PESIMO,MUCHA HUMEDAD EN LA HABITACIÓN.

Hotel cómodo y cercanía a sitios de interes
En general buena, cercanía a la playa,atención, limpieza, habitación cómoda. No me gusto que cosas como los muebles y neveras son muy antiguas. Y la television por, cable algunos canales no salían nítidos.

Las habitaciones no son muy limpias, hacen muy tarde el aseo de las mismas, los baños son muy viejos. Sólo son amables el día que te hospedas, luego te tratan muy mal. El desayuno podría ser mejor. El hotel está bien ubicado.

El personal es muy amable y dispuesto con el huesped.
la habitación esta razonablemente bien, pero el baño deja un poco que desear. Gente de los pisos superiores dijo haber tenido problemas por el escaso flujo de agua que les llegaba, pero no fue nuestro caso en el tercer piso.

el hotel esta un poco deteriorado, el aire acondicionado es insuficiente para el tamaño de la habitacion, el desayuno incluido con muy pocas opciones, las ventanas no son buenas para contener el viento que sopla en esta área y se hace imposible dormir debido al silbido del viento y a la vibración de los vidrios. Por lo demas la atención de los empleados muy buena y prestos a atender sugerencias

Importante tener esto encuenta
En términos generales bien, solo que al llegar el costo del hotel era diferente al que ustedes me otorgaron vía telefónica. Me cobraron un llamado impuesto Hotelero, del cual nadie me hablo mientras hice la negociación con ustedes. En solución trivago se comprometió a reembolsarmelos en mi próximo hospedaje.

Not what was expected.
It's suppose to be a 3 star but I gave it only 1/2. We had issues checking in. The rooms we reserved were not ready. They took several hours to get us rooms. The rooms were dirty, no hot water, or TV. To top it off the elevator was broken. Only good thing was the gentleman who helped us. Everything was not up to par.
