Mantenimiento General

Estuve ubicado en una habitación con ventana al exterior, y nunca pude mirar afuera, mal mantenimiento de un blackout totalmente enredado no se podía subir, en la mañana se daño la moto bomba y no había agua en los baños, al llegar tuve que solicitar papel higiénico porque no había y me dejaron un rollo gigante encima del toallero, parecía que era yo quien debía abrir el dispensador y ponerlo Todo indicaba que un excelente hotel en ubicación e instalaciones pero con una pésima administración

Revisar vinculo con el hotel y tarifa ofrecida

La verdad fue un poco desagradable a la hora de pagar, la señora encargada nos iba a cobrar mucho mas de lo que decia la pagina, ella negaba tener vinculación con la pagina hoteles.com. Decia que no estaba incluido el IVA etc..Sin embargo despues de mostrarle la confirmación de la reserva y todo, accedió a pagar el valor que decia en la reserva. La habitación muy normal, en realidad sugeriria que proveyeran toallas de mejor calidad y asi mismo una sabana adicional para calentarse ya que el aire enfría bastante.

Pésimo servicio de hoteles.com y del hotel

Pésimo. Cuando llegué no sabían de la reserva y me tocó acomodarme en una habitación de un sola cama y éramos 2 personas. Pieza oscura encerrada e incómoda. La tarifa del hotel era más barata que la que me vendió hoteles.com .

Servicio y hotel acorde al precio

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, se encuentra a 3 cuadras de la playa y a 10 min de la bahía de Sta Martha; es fácil moverte a otros puntos por tener diferentes medios de transporte cercano a 2-3 cuadras. Hay gran cantidad de lugares para comer y beber al rededor del hotel. El hotel es pequeño, pero con buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, sin agua caliente en la ducha. El personal es amable y servicial. Recomendado para aquellos viajeros que pasan todo el día fuera del hotel y solo llegan a descansar.

"Brisa marina"

La habitacion tenia una filtracion de aire muy ruidosa y el tema se intentó resolver diciendo q era por la brisa marina! El servicio de la recepcion no es amigable. No son diligentes

Esta ubicado cerca de todo lo que es popular.

Fuimos acomodados pronto al registras aunque llegue a las 9am. Las habitaciones son comodas y agradables y el personal como el joven Sergio muy servidor y atento.

Nice no extras hotel, close to the beach

This hotel was clean and very eye appealing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are night clubs under the rooms music blaring late at night. Only one thin sheet to cover yourself but to be honest I didn't inquire to get more. No hot water, very limited electrical outlets for electronics and laptops.Hotel is a very short walk to the beach. You get what you pay for

Sleepless in Rodadero

Planned to stay for three nights. Hotel was so noisy due to strong winds and poor construction coupled with loud dogs and loud preaching next door that i asked to change rooms. Was given a small windowless room, so I checked out. Hotel staff really unhelpful. d

The best hotel in Santa Marta!

This hotel was great!!! I do not speak ANY Spanish and the staff were really helpful and patient with me. I had an allergic reaction during my time in Santa Marta and was quite ill one day. The owner of the hotel drove me to the medical clinic herself and afterwards got my prescription for me! Without me even asking!!! That really shows compassion for their guests!! The lovely owner and wonderful staff helped me every step of the way. By the time I checked out of the hotel, I was good friends with every member of staff! The maids, the receptionists, the maintenance guys.... everyone! I will be back for sure, not just as a returning guest but as a friend visiting friends! The hotel rooms and public areas are cleaned thoroughly every day. The location is amazing, a couple of hundred meters from the beach and right next to loads of shops and eateries. I had a great time at the "HOTEL RODADERO REAL". I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Polite, efficient, kind, very clean, very comfortable beds, nice rooms, topped off by a great location. You won't find better in Santa Marta! 10/10!!!!

Accequible y bonito

El personal muy amable desde nuestra llegada, siempre atentos en brindarnos la informacion necesaria sobre el lugar, habitaciones confortables, aun que si sugeriria se tenga una mesa o escritorio para cuando uno desee realizar alguna anotacion, el servicio de internet inalambrico solo esta disponible en el lobby lo cual tambien trae cierta incomodidad, pero observaciones menores dado los otros servicios disponibles. En cuanto a su ubicacion se destaca la tranquilidad del sector y cercania de los servicios.
