The location was perfect close to the beach, great location. The staff was 5 stars, the common room was inviting with coffee, games and generous seating. The rooms were clean, the bed very comfortable. The only downside was how small the room were. I requested a room with a patio and glad I did as we brought our two dogs, the patio was wonderful, nice size and chairs

Great place. The staff was very friendly. One thing to know is that the parking is valet only and at the time of this review is $38 per night. Great location. The coffee they have is really good. I'd stay there again, especially if I don't have a car.

The room is very clean and modern. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. However, this is one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I could hear my neighbors’ conversation almost word for word. The Amtrak train is half a block from the hotel and you can hear the whistle and tracks until 10 pm ish. The restaurant under the hotel blasts music and has tables on the patio, so you can hear patrons conversations.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The hotel was perfect for me and my husband centrally located near restaurants and shops and near the Amtrak train station which is how we traveled. My only draw back is the room was not as clean as it could have been. The valances on the windows look like they had never been dusted and the bathroom/shower needed better cleaning.

Great Location!!!

We loved staying at this Hotel! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Lobby a great place to hang and have a cup of coffee visiting with other guests. Room was perfect and bed so very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Welcoming hotel

Reception team were welcoming and friendly. Reception area was clean and relaxing. Valet parking was helpful Our room walks seemed thin and easy to hear ' neighbours' talking and we were unlucky that they decided to use the outside space to loudly and only moved when I asked at 0015 to be quiet! Great location for seafront and harbour and the shops!!
