This was the best budget hotel we stayed in Istanbul. Since it is a new build, the rooms are excellent and it comes with a great buffet Turkish style breakfast. The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. Be warned that neighbourhood can be noisy so light sleepers should take ear plugs, but the noise does lower after 10:30pm. The manager speaks some English which is quite rare for Şanlıurfa. He also offers tours, but by his own admission is not a proper tour guide. He seems to be well known in the area. We would definitely stay again

The property is very new and the rooms are very large. Very close to the centre of Sanliurfa. No lift in a new hotel is strange. Parking was paid. Staff tried to charge more than the amount on Expedia. Equipment in room not in great condition.

Aslında fiyat performans olarak çok iyi duşunu al uyu fakat hayatımda gördüğüm en küçük otel odasıydı ve küçücük bir penceresi bile yoktu bize verilen odanın açıklamasında şehir manzaralı yazıyordu uygulamadan satın alırken tek gece kaldığımız için hiç sorgulayıp sorunda etmedik Kahvaltısıda hemen hemen her yerle aynı ve bizim için yeterliydi

Mahmut Bey'e tüm yardımları için teşekkür ederim. Gerçekten samimiyetiyle çok destek oldu. Şehirde gezilmesi gereken yerleri yazıp verdi, sağolsun. Otel ile ilgili yorumlara gelecek olursak; konum olarak balıklı göl ve diğer birçok tarihi yere yürüme mesafesinde olması çok güzel. Ücretsiz otopark imkanı da sunuluyor. Fakat otelin bulunduğu cadde çok pis, bakımsız, aşırı kirli, kuyruk yağı ve sakatat kokusu hakim. Otelde asansör bulunmuyor. Banyoda su sıcaklığı dengesiz, ya çok sıcak ya da çok soğuk, düzeltilebilir. Otel biraz havasız, güzel kokulu deterjanlarla silmek lazım. 4 kişilik oda çok dardı. Dolap yetersiz. Kahvaltı standart açık büfe, 3. katta sunuluyor. Odadaki sallama çaylar paketli değil açıkta. Bu şartlardaki bir otel için ücret de fazla. Gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olmasından kaynaklı olabilir. Mahmut beyin hizmeti ve güler yüzü hatırına 4 yıldız veriyorum.

Otel her şeyiyle tam bir fiyat performans ürünü. Çalışanlar ilgili, odalar temiz, odaların dizaynı ve kullanılan ürünler tamamen temizlik odaklı düşünülmüştü. Sıcak su, banyo vs konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Merkeze çok yakındı, her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Yalnızca yastıklar biraz büyük ve yüksekti, uyurken biraz rahatsız etti, haricinde her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi, gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Otel personeli cok guler yuzlu ve hos sohbetti. Devamli su kolonya ve cay ikram ettiler. Fakat otel yeni olmasi sebebiyle eksiklikleri vardi. Sicak su cok az akiyordu dus almak baya zor oldu. Tuvalette pecetelik takili degildi ve pecete yoktu. Bunlari resepsiyona soyletince hemen hallediyoruz dediler fakat döndügümuzde hicbir sey yapilmamosti. Tuvalet kagidini ortak alandan biz aldik. Oda ve otel temizdi. Kahvalti da iyiydi. Ütu yoktu biz yardim etmeleri icin israr edince naska otelden getirdiler. Tuvaletteki lavabo alttan yere su akitiordu iki gun kalacagiz diye artik onu da soylemedik öyle idare ettik. Overall bence 3 ama personelin guleryuzu sebebiyle 4 verdim
