Fantastic location. Easy to find and host Communicated well about our later arrival. Comfortable room, fairly quiet, even though in the old town which was quite busy.

Amazing location, a little bit noisy

Great location for the old town and the beaches. Everything clean and working. Quite a noisy area given the location. Walls also very thin with the comings and goings in other apartments very audible

Could use improvement

Everywas great except the cleanliness, the bedding was never changed only the towels. The bathroom was not cleaned and room wasnt dusted.

Human faeces back flowed up the bathroom sink. Bathroom mirror broken edge was dangerous. Bathroom door water damaged & couldn’t close it. Unable to leave window open for any air. horrendous noise from school & nightlife. No reception & no check in/out instructions. Had to leave property due to bathroom issue -no contact from owner regarding problem but charged full fee anyway.

En la habitación hacía bastante frío y la calefacción no estaba puesta, la habitación es exterior y en la calle hacía 14 grados y mucho aire. No hemos visto especificado que el baño fuese compartido antes de hacer la reserva. Ofrecen posibilidad de parking, pero ya no, y los que hay alrededor son bastante caros. La situación y el precio son inmejorables.

Sehr zentrale, gute Aufenthalt! Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und „rettete“ unseren einzigen Tag in San Sebastián, in dem er um unseres nicht mitgeflogenes Gepäck kümmerte. So konnten wir die allerwichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, die alle fußläufig vom Hotel zu erreichen sind, noch genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

La ubicacion es buena , la limpieza fatal, las sabanas y almohadas olian fatal , en si la habitacion olia mal. En la ducha pelos en la mampara y dedos en los espejos. Vamos que limpieza poca. Para el precio me parece un abuso. Se aprovechan de el turista . Eso si que es hacer el agosto. No volveria.

The Talaia was a lovely little pension, perfect for our two night stay in San Sebastian. Our room had the private ensuite, which I would recommend to other couples. As other reviews have mentioned, you can hear everything that is going on there, the walls are a bit thin, but it was fine for us, our neighbours were quiet and we were all considerate of each other. It was in a great neighbourhood for tapas, drinks, and shopping. We were walking distance to the maritime museum and aquarium, and the beach is close too. Unfortunately it was rainy and cool while we were there, but on a hot summer day you are in a great spot to visit the beach. The owner was helpful and very kind, we enjoyed our stay there.

NO NECESITAS MÁS! Excelente!!!

La verdad al llegar no sabíamos cómo sería la habitación por lo antiguo del edificio pero NO pudimos quedar mejor ubicados!!! Exactamente lo que estábamos buscando.... Lugar limpio, ubicado a buen precio.... Íker, excelente servicio.... Si volvemos a Denostia nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí y lo recomendáremos ampliamente.... GRACIAS!!!
