Very close to the airport, clean room, AC available. Family business. They also have a restaurant/bar. The hosts are nice and provided cold bottle water to me when I arrived. I had to go to the airport at 4:30 am and the host was nice enough to drive me there at this hour. They do provide breakfast but I checked out too early.

Family own business that treats you like their own. Very nice, clean and close to the airport. The best part is that they also have a restaurant so you don't have to look for places to eat. They have laundry service too.

I arrived in San Jose around midnight and booked a room close to the airport. It was pretty clean and the staff was fantastic. The setback was that planes taking off directly overhead makes it hard to sleep. I was so tired that i did get some rest and it wasn't a big deal for me. In conclusion i guess i probably won't book here again and that makes me feel sad because the staff was so good.

This hotel is very convenient very close to the airport and offer private shuttle. Adorable family which makes your stay as better as possible, receiving you with open arms and lots of charming. Delicious home made food and comfortable bed to sleep. Nothing fancy but clean and convenient. Family who run the hotel are lovely people. We will come back soon!

Everyone here is really helpful, kind and generous! The price would be great for just the room, but they also included breakfast and a ride to the airport. At the restaurant, I had a shrimp and pork dish which was really good, and I especially liked the red mojito, which has red wine so it compliments a lot of dishes!

Pros-very close to the airport, host lives on site and gave us a ride to the airport, there is a bar/restaurant on location-we did not eat there so can’t speak to the quality of food, very inexpensive Cons-it was a room/bathroom combo inside another building, no windows, no AC, fair condition and cleanliness, and you will be locked in when the bar closes up for the night-there is no way out without the host unlocking the gate/door There was a mixup about our check in time on the owners end so she was kind and gave us a free drink from the bar there while we waited. She was nice-did not speak English well.

We stopped in San Jose for a quick overnight so we weren’t needing much, just a place to clean up and rest. The owner was great with communication and provided shuttle to and from the airport. Her staff also arranged a driver to help us with a quick errand. Upon our arrival we were greeted with cold water and the sweetest gift of strawberries and cream. The staff was delightful in conversation and gave us recommendations for our trip through Costa Rica. They were available for anything we needed. The property is a restaurant and bar with a couple rooms in the back. It seems a little run down but functional. Our room didn’t have a window and was very basic but again we just needed a place to rest. The shower had warm water and the bed was decent for our exhausted bodies. They also provided a complimentary breakfast in the morning earlier than normal so we could eat before our flight. They truly went above and beyond. It checked all our boxes.

Great little place.

Our flight was delayed. But the staff waited up for us.we weren't too sure what to expect when we got there. We Very pleasantly surprised. Wife wants to make it a regular stop. We highly recommend 👌.

He actually did not stay at the property. The neighborhood around it looked very scheduled, not feel comfortable leaving the rental car outside. They did offer us a small area of a small area inside the fence for us to park. The room was dark and windowless and smelled heavily cleaner. We decided to go across the street and stay at the Holiday Inn express.

We booked this hotel very quickly and came to find out. It’s in the middle of a restaurant very rundown not at all what you’d expect Beware we did not stay here. We rented another hotel. They would not refund us our money.

I just stayed a night due flights arrangements, in general the staff was very kind, the food was great, they gave me a ride to the airport next morning. In other hand, the place in general it’s too loud, just lots of exterior noises into the room, bathroom wasn’t clean, trash on the bin, used bar soap on shower, not ideal, front side of the room is glass, probably that’s why it’s loud, but late night staff was talking loud on the restaurant, and then suddenly they turned a very bright light on the corridor, so the whole room was illuminated, needed to come out to talk to the guys out there to reduce the voice level and to turnt light off. A very uncomfortable night.

Nice people but very disappointing accomodation, one of the worst Ive stayed in. Very noisey due to truck traffic and overhead jets. This is hotel, more like a bar/restaurant with a room attached. Only. highlight was a decent breakfast that was included.
