Exceptional staff and practical hotel

Affordable, practical hotel for a family of three. The staff were amazing, especially Wilmer who went above and beyond to help us when we faced unexpected challenges.

Great for the Zenith

Great hotel if you're going to a concert at the Zenith Metropole. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment, but for a one night stay it was perfect - and with plenty of free parking.

We used this hotel as a stop over on the way back to the ferry home. The room was very basic. A very thin curtain, comfy bed but really hard pillows. It was fine for a stopover but was expecting a little more from the guest rating and price when I booked. Fine if you’re expecting basic and it was clean but I have stayed in much better premier inns.

Un hĂŽtel moyen pour un prix moyen. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une chambre supĂ©rieure
 nous avons eu une chambre (probablement supĂ©rieure) PMR au RDC, sombre et humide. La VMC dans la salle de bain ne semblait pas fonctionner. Nous avons bien dormi. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait moyen. Bref, si vous chercher un hĂŽtel pas trop cher sans trop d’attente, ça passe. Mais nous, nous n’y retournerons pas.

Établissement correct l'accueil est trĂšs bien, la chambre propre est fonctionnelle, le lit semble mou mais au final agrĂ©able. La salle de bains est un peu exiguĂ« mais convient. Seul bĂ©mol l'insonorisation extĂ©rieure du bruit venant de la chambre au-dessus des bruits de meubles qu'on dĂ©place sans arrĂȘt...pas assez insonorisĂ©e.

L'Ă©tat de propretĂ© Ă©tait excellent, mais quand l'odeur des produits utilisĂ©s est tellement forte qu'elle vous empĂȘche de dormir .... Nettoyer c'est bien, empoisonner l'est moins ... Nous avons fait bouillir de l'eau dans la bouilloire 2 fois : le soir et le matin et les 2 fois nos boissons chaudes Ă©taient imbuvables Ă  cause du goĂ»t des produits nettoyants ! Sinon vos efforts sont louables, vous pouvez utiliser des produits plus respectueux.
