The only downside is that it is not an easy place to find and the road to the apartment is very narrow. Once you have found it, all is well. "

But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. "

Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."

"Our stay was wonderful! The location of this home is excellent with breath taking views of the lake. It was perfectly situated and very roomy. We had everything we needed and our host Debora was wonderful and the owner was very accommodating! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were there for my daughter’s wedding and this location made it for a perfect stay. Highlight of our trip! Our favorite town was definitely Bellagio!"

"Clean and spacious home with beautiful views through large windows. Lovely outdoor seating on chaise lounges where you can gaze at the lake and the surrounding hills. The living area is adjacent to the kitchen and has one bathroom. The two bedrooms and the second bathroom are a few steps up from the entry level. Near to excellent restaurants and a gelataria. Ample, gated parking."
