Şehir merkezinde ortalama bir hotel. Kahvaltısı berbat. Yol tarafına bakan odalar çok geniş ve ferah. Temizlik fena değil. Ben Rusçuk'a her geldiğimde bu hotelde kalıyorum.

Very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. No wifi. No explanation. When we complained staff got very aggressive. We booked 3 nights and left after the first.

walking distance to centre, plenty of choice of nearby resturants, lots of nearby museums, easy walk to the Danube river (we had the good fortune to watch a border control exercise in motion )

Well the first impressions of the hotel room weren't exactly good. Firstly the lightswitch for the bathroom was behind the wardrobe so I had to move it myself in order to switch the lights on and there was another switch hidden behind the headboard that I couldn't use. The bathroom didn't have a partition between the shower and sink/toilet which was a small problem. The staff themselves did not know English very well and I got very worried when I thought the receptionist said my card payment was refused due to a lack of understanding and it turned out to be a communication error. I felt a bit uncomfortable during my short stay there and didn't have anything to eat there because the language would've made things a lot worse. It has a nice selection of TV channels though, but the channels should've been placed better as when flicking through you could be watching a children's cartoon and the next channel would be showing unencrypted adult films.

Decent hotel, iffy location

This hotel delivers on what it advertises: an attractive, tolerable sized, inexpensive room with decent enough amenities. There’s a shared fridge in the hall, and they serve a nice free breakfast. The young woman at the front desk is pleasant and speaks good English, although if she is on break (as when I arrived), you’ll need to take a crash course in Bulgarian. A couple of oddities need attention: first, there is no shower enclosure of any kind, so you’ll have a Lake in the bathroom; and second, the overhead lights do not turn off completely - they remain glowing dimly, and I had to unscrew the bulbs to darken the room completely. The biggest concern I have, and the reason I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, is the location, which is in a very run-down part of Ruse. I would be hesitant to walk this neighborhood after dark. The hotel is also an unattractive 15-20 minute walk from the central plaza. It’s a shame, because the staff is eager to please... but “location, location, location,” as they say...

Rusçuk merkezinde şahane bir hotel. Daha önce kaldığım hotellerden beni vazgeçirecek bir hotel. Merkezde oluşu, temiz ve bakımlı oluşu, odalarının çok geniş ve ferah oluşu ve en önemlisi bukadar değeri uygun fiyayata alınıyor olunması çok iyi bence.
