This is a wonderful spot in Rome. We enjoyed the room and breakfast. We walked everywhere and found it convenient. We appreciated having the kitchen for our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Nice but in hindsight, further out than i would have preferred (not ideal for the traveler that likes taking metros - rolling the suitcase along rough streets for several blocks is not the ideal). Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

B&B St John's Villa is really well placed - close to key sights, various transport options and in a more low key residential area, so quiet. The rooms are a good size with a.c. and your own shower. The buffet breakfast was excellent with fruit, baked goods, yoghurt et al. The proprietor was very helpful and suggested less common options to try. There's some secure parking but you'll need to check when booking. Also, there are quite a few steps, so not so great for anyone with mobility issues or young children.

The property is in a great location. It is in walking distance to stores, restaurants, ATMs, etc. and is in a very safe neighborhood. The owner is extremely nice and helped me more than once with some problems I had. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this property.

B&B ideally located about 10 minutes walk from Metro and 25min by walk from Colosseum within a very nice neighborhood. Within 5 min walking distance there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Rooms are very individual, more like a homestay but all in all very nice, comfortable and clean. Host is very nice and supportive in any regards. Communication with host was also very reliable and convenient. All in all: Price versus value was very very good!

The property was beautiful, our room had a balcony woth a great view and it was nice for relaxing at the end of the day. We took the metro to Vatican City very easily and, although the walk was long, we enjoyed walking to the Pantheon. The restaraunts were great and filled with locals during peak season (mid July), which isn't something we expected but was a happy surprise!

This is a nice place with a friendly and welcoming host, and onsite parking for a daily fee. Accommodation is on three floors, and no elevator - so be aware that you're going to have to carry your stuff upstairs. Breakfast was good, with some excellent bakeries, juice, and coffee or tea. Our room, on the top floor, was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a rooftop terrace too, from which you could see the statuary on St John Lateran if you leaned out a bit! It's within walking distance to the Baths Of Caracalla, Forum, and Colosseum if you're of regular fitness, and only a couple of minutes to San Giovanni in Laterano. You can do the circuit round all of them, taking your time. There's a Metro starion (San Giovanni) about 5 minutes walk away, and plenty shops just around the corner. I've no hesitation in recommending.
