"Unfortunately, this survey does not have a "comfort" category, for which I would rate this hotel zero stars. The staff is great and the amenities are more than appropriate. However, if you need an extra bed, you will be offered the pull out sofa which is horribly uncomfortable, with a thin bedding which makes you feel each metal rod in the frame. The mattress in the king bed was soft and lumpy. Luckily we were there only for one night. I would not recommend it for longer stays. "

"The host and hostesses were generous, kind, accommodating with smiles and extremely respectful to us. They were fun to talk to. Anything we needed they were prompt in getting it to us!!! Just thought everyone were so amazing and will return to this beautiful hotel again and again and again!!"

"This hotel was at the end of a street with great restaurants and a great view. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean in most areas. Our room had a lot of markings on the walls from scuffs but that didnt affect our stay. Shower was fantastic in the room. Pool was freezing but it was May. Breakfast was great, had a lot of options."
