If you u I want to stay , like u don’t leave your apartment, this the place. Roma termini station 10. Minutes walk distance, fountain the Tervi is 15 min Everything very close to main attraction

Disappointing, Keep looking

Bed is short, it's not comfortable for adult. Breakfast very limited and not fresh at all, you will see same muffins everyday until someone eats them. No milk!! You are lucky if you don't get sick. Disappointing!! Towels are so thin, like a sheet. Expensive for what you get. About EUD30 City Tax for couple of nights! It's not a hotel. Keep looking ...

El hotel nos gustó mucho, el personal muy simpático, atento y servicial, la habitaciones limpias, la ubicación es perfecta, está a 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren por lo que la comunicación es muy buena, la zona tranquila con buenos restaurantes cerca. El desayuno correcto. Volveríamos a este hotel sin lugar a dudas.

Aucun accueil Les + Chambre spacieuse(supérieure) bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds Les - Chambre très sombre, propreté douteuse, pomme de douche qui ne tient pas, odeur nauséabonde tous les matins dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner médiocre, uniquement des produits industriels de 1er prix, même les fruits n’ont aucun goût, on sent que tout est fait à l’economie. Pour infos, la taxe de séjour doit être réglée IMPÉRATIVEMENT en espèces. Nous ne recommandons pas

-The property is more of a B&B located in a residential building (1st floor) the lift is not working but I have seen residents use it. -The breakfast is very basic no cooked meals, typical Italian breakfast (cold cuts, pastries and bread rolls). -The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable but they can be a bit short for some people. Situated in a quiet area still in centre of city with lots of tourists. -The B&B is a 10mins walk from Rome termini and 15 mins walk from the Metro but there are buses and trams - Situated above the supermarket, local Italian restaurants nearby and pharmacies. -Aircons in both rooms we stayed in, water pressure is good but the drain does clog up. -The staff was great, they provided me with information on the city, and they were always friendly and welcoming. -able to provide airport shuttle service. - No staff from the afternoon. Overall, We had a lovely stay, Valeria was very welcoming and friendly and able to accommodate our needs.

Chambre spacieuse, literie vraiment très bien et au calme. Le personnel au petit soin, très serviable et toujours souriant. Un grand merci à Valéria pour sa gentillesse et pour avoir pris le temps de nous comprendre car nous parlons que le français 😁 l’hôtel est a 10 minutes de la gare Termini et 20 minutes de la fontaine de trévise et de la place d’Espagne. Nous vous recommandons cette résidence ! Nous reviendrons en tout cas 😏 le seul bémol pas de jus frais le matin 😔

Super !!!!

Accueil trés sympathique et arrangeant. Une formidable gentillesse. Parfait autonomie. A 10min à pied de la gare rome termini. Beaucoup de restaurant aux alentours. Une épicerie en bas de l’immeuble. Possibilité de faire la fontaine de trevi à pied à 15-20min. Puis enchaîner avec le colisée etc. Pour les non marcheurs il y a les bus et le métro à proximité. Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace. Un peu de charcuterie fromage yaourt, gâteaux, café etc. Café et gâteau à disposition toute la journée

La résidence de 5 chambres est très agréable, bien placée et au calme. Valeria nous a bien renseigné sur la ville et Ousman ,attentionné et chaleureux, nous a assuré un excellent service.

Rome Stay

Due to a lost bag which had to be reported at the airport, we arrived after the hotel desk had closed. However, Laura called while we were still at the airport and left detailed instructions on how to retrieve our room keys from the lockbox. She even provided the address for a restaurant where we could get a meal because it was almost 9:00 pm by the time we settled into our room. We appreciate Laura going the “extra mile” for us.

Little slice of Rome

The hotel is amazing.The staff is kind and help with anything you need. It’s literally within walking distance from the tourist attractions. There is great restaurants around the the hotel. The only downside is, the hotel is by a lot of ministry buildings so the wifi connection is poor.

An Unexpected Gem!!!

We were very impressed with this little B&B in the middle of Rome. Laura was amazing. She made sure to make all the arrangements for travel from the moment we landed. The hospitality was second to none. The room was quite nice and regularly maintained. We highly recommend this little gem that we found!!!!!!!

Great Value!

We got a great deal booking ahead during the pandemic. It was a cute private room with breakfast goods available all day (since the buffet was closed for the time being). The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it had amazing air conditioning for Italy in the summer. The only downside is that it was a 25-30 minute walk from the city center so it took us a bit of traveling time to be close enough to some yummy food options. And they didn’t have anyone there during the day.

Buono ma non perfetto.

Posto unico nel pieno cuore di roma. Accoglienza impeccabile , receptionist gentilissima e disponibilissima. Qualche piccolo accorgimento andrebbe fatto su pulizia generale camera, termosifone bagno che non si accendeva è piccolo particolare sui cuscini, purtroppo avendo la necessità di un cuscino un po’ più duro sarebbe stato meglio avere la scelta vista L impeccabilità del resto.

This was a great place to stay for location. The staff was very friendly, our shuttle came in after hours and they still made sure we had our room. Within walking distance to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, piazza Novana and the colosseum. Metro near by too. They were amazing. Great place to stay. Although our suite wasn’t next to the main office- couldn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Adresse tranquille

Bien placé (10 minutes de Termini), chambres bien isolées (double vitrage + doubles fenêtres). Notre chambre était petite mais la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est composé de beaucoup de gâteaux, pour moi un peu bizarre... mais aussi des classiques : quelques fruits, pain de mie, céréales, bon café et jus de fruits. Attention, la réception se fait seulement jusque 20h. Au delà je ne sais pas comment cela se passe.
