Clean but basic too. quite area. Not in city centre but not far. I had two young sons with me. They loved it. Id use again if im back in Rome 100%. Its more an airb&b then hotel.

Property located near metro and bus stations, supermarkets and restaurants. However, the unit needed and still needs repairs: defrost the mini fridge, add the missing shelves in the fridge, fix the broken kitchen drawer plus more. The kitchen lacked a lot of equipment to cook: no kettle, no microwave, no cutting board, one pot! The bed was extremely hard but the bathroom was big with a very nice shower. Linens and towels were very clean and plentiful.

Ci tornerei volentieri

La struttura in via Fanfulla da Lodi si trova in una zona che sta crescendo molto e che ha già una varietà di locali notturni alternativi e di ristorazione molto interessanti. Avendo la metro C Pigneto a due passi, come anche i tram sul lato della Prenestina, è collegata in modo ottimale per raggiungere le varie zone di interesse. La camera era pulita, ben tenuta, con stanza con cucinino. Personale disponibile e gentile. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo

The Good: Price Away from tourist area. Quiet location. Very pleasant and accommodating staff The Bad: Distance is actually too far from main attractions. It takes about 45 mins by public transport minimum. An hour by foot. The air in the apartment isn't fresh, it's heavy and damp and smelt mildly of smoke. The toilet splashes water out of the bowl when flushed. The power points don't accept standard euro plugs, only thin-pronged plugs. There's no bowls for cereal, or dish washing liquid. No kettle. The bed (two singles pushed together) separates during the night leaving a gap, and the overhang of the cupboards above bed caused us to bash our heads often. The shower needs an exhaust fan to help keep the humidity down. Aircon wasn't sufficient and we were cold at night. A radiator would be much better.

Prisvärt boende i ett supertrevligt och hippt område, det finns gott om barer, caféer och restauranger på gångavstånd från hotellet. Café Necci som ligger rakt över gatan är väldigt mysigt, vi åt både frukost och middag där. Nybyggd t-banestation finns 3 min promenad från hotellet, tar ca 10 min att åka in till Termini station. Hotellet ligger på en lugn gata, vi sov jättebra. Rent och fint med bra dusch. Köket är inte så välutrustat, men räckte gott och väl för att äta lite frukost och snacks på kvällen. Det var väldigt billigt att äta ute i detta område jämfört med centrum. Välsorterad mataffär och frukt & gröntaffär ligger vid t-baneuppgången. Vi rekommenderar varmt detta boende!

un trés bon accueil car je suis arrivé tardivement . taxe hyper trop élevé 42€ pour5jrs + le soir à 22h que je suis arriver trop cher car aucun petit déjeuner changement des draps et serviettes de toilette qu1 fois par semaine plaques cuisson fonctionne trés peux hotte HS Tés peu d'assiettes couteau fourchettes dépareillé qui on du ma à coupé pas de bol tasse toute petite je vous dit pas pour le petit déjeuner absence de cafetières electric de grille pain de four où micro-onde ..... c'est pas le top quoi pour le prix ya bcp mieux .

친절한 주인

주인분은 매우 친절합니다. 주변 맛집도 소개해주고 이동팁도 알려주십니다. 실제로 맛집들은 현지인이 많은 맛있는 곳이었구요. 게다가 C라인이 콜로세움까지 연장되니 바로 콜로세움까지 갈 수도 있습니다. 단점이라면 모기가 많아요. 전자렌지는 없고 슈퍼도 200m정도 떨어져있다는 것 정도네요.

An ok accommodation for younger generation

As the name suggests this is more a rental apartment than hotel and was further away from central Rome than we expected. Positives - Cost less than city and owner nice & helpful. Good local scene with great cafe called Necci nearby. Shower good. Negatives - unfortunately we had the room that has a roof leak (heavy rain Monday) causing mould on the ceiling. Other minor irritations some actioned by Linda the owner at the time. There was a lot of noise from the narrow street until early hours even Sunday although room has AC which means window can be kept shut. Enjoyed Rome but would stay in or nearer the city next time

Lovely stay - surpassed expectations.

We had a lovely stay at Residence Lodi - the room was clean and comfortable, we had a balcony where we could sit, and a kitchen. The Residence was just perfect for our stay, and it had a lot of character. We could easily travel into the centre of Rome on public transport nearby. The Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Great flat and customer service

When we booked this place, Linda the manager of this residency, sent us an email telling us how to get there which was hugely helpful. Upon our arrival we met this wonderful lady who helped us not only with our query but also she suggest places to dine or have breakfast with great prices. Small flat with a kitchen, bedroom and the bathroom. Thoroughly adequate for a short stay. The night life in the cafe opposite was called Necci was good.

Pretty hotel .

Lovely location. Couldn’t sit up in the bed to read or relax and watch the tv. There is a lot of storage space above the bed, kept knocking my head on it . Are the cupboards above needed ? Kitchen facilities are basic but sufficient. Extremely clean rooms. Thank you.
