Great location and service. Walking distance to colosseum, shops and restaurants. Room was small compared to other local hotels we stayed at and there was unpleasant lingering smell. We also noticed mold in the shower wall.

Rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They really get 5 stars. My only problem with this place was the water in the sink that had almost no pressure and the water tempreture in the shower that was NOT consistent and cold water would flow randomly.

Everything was excellent, except for some things that the hotel had no control over, such as litter and graffiti . Breakfast outside every morning, with a view of the Colloseum was delicious and most enjoyable! Thank you to the hotel staff and the restairant staff

Staff was very friendly, very helpful. I had a flight was delayed in Rome days after I left their hotel. They stored my luggage for free while I toured around around with my family during the time my flight was delayed. Hotel is clean perfect location. Air conditioning works well.
