This property is very clean. They give you clean towels everyday. The cleaning staff is really courteous. The people at the front desk are helpful but they have a little bit of attitude. The hotel has a great location, it’s very close to the stores, mall and important places like Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Overall is great!

Abbiamo cercato di contattare la struttura prima dell’arrivo ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Il telefono squillava a vuoto. Per fortuna all’arrivo non ci sono poi stati problemi. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata. Bagno con ampia doccia è sempre ben pulito. Posizione dell’hotel ottima per girare Roma, a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna e Fontana di Trevi. Colazione scarsa soprattutto per quanto riguarda le bevande. Nel complesso lo consiglio assolutamente!

Un hôtel qui a changé de nom, de numéro de téléphone et d’adresse mail et malgré que ces infos aient été données à hôtels.com ceux ci ne les ont pas! Chambre donnant sur la rue donc très bruyante. Pas d’insonorisation on entend le voisin ronfler. Matelas vétuste. Petit déjeuner très bien et avec du choix: la personne qui s’en occupe est charmante d’ailleurs. En centre ville donc très pratique

Points positifs : l’hôtel est très bien situé Literie propre et confortable Wifi Conciergerie de bagages Décoration moderne Mini frigo et coffre fort Rangements Points négatifs : Aucune communication avec l’établissement avant arrivée qui n’a jamais répondu au téléphone La chambre de correspondait pas du tout aux photos mises sur le site Lit double qui en réalité est deux lits simples collés donc on tombe dans le trou en pleine nuit Aucune isolation on entend TOUT ce qui se passe dans l’hôtel et la mini salle déjeuner Taxe de séjour à payer forcément en liquide sans en être avertis avant Ménage fait qu’en surface sous le lit c’était très sale de la moisissure sur l’étagère de douche et pommeau Télé qui ne tient pas droite du tout

This is an excellent hotel conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions such as Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The accommodations are clean and updated. Suosittelen Mia Suites hotellia

Oikein hyvällä sijainnilla oleva pieni hotelli kolmannessa kerroksessa. Tilat olivat käyneet läpi remontin ja huoneemme oli oikein siisti mukaan lukien kylpyhuone. Palvelu oli yksilöllistä ja loistavaa !! Käytävän äänet kuuluivat jonkin verran huoneeseen, mutta hotelli oli rauhallinen. Tämä sama on muuallakin. Aamupala oli riittävä, ei mitenkään ylellinen, silti hyvä. Menisin uudelleenkin tähän hotelliin ehdottomasti. Wifi toimi hyvin.

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor. The elevator is very old and small, but functions well enough. The doors to the rooms are paper thin so don’t expect piece and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Great central location, easy to walk to all key tourist locations. Good local restaurants close by. Staff in hotel very friendly and helpful. Room clean and just what we needed for a 4 night stay. Great breakfast included. Would stay there again without hesitation.
