Las habitaciones son muy amplias y disponen de aire acondicionado, calefacción, TV. El colchón y somier es nuevo. El desayuno está bien. Todo esto se ve empañado por ciertas actitudes de los dueños. El teclado para abrir el portal no funciona y ellos no te lo dicen. El día del check-in tienes que estar llamando / escribiendo Whatsapp para que te abran la puerta. Luego una vez arriba tienen un desmadre con las llaves de las habitaciones, no hay azúcar en el desayuno y no reponen... en la cocina faltan cosas tan esenciales como un pequeño microondas para calentar la leche. El baño NO es privado como dicen, es compartido y está fuera de la habitación. Se salva el sitio por la limpieza y por el precio. Estaría muy bien (de 8 como dicen muchas opiniones) de no ser por la dejadez de los anfitriones. Ah y la tasa turística solo la puedes pagar en efectivo y dejándola en la habitación... todo muy cómodo y seguro....

La struttura é carina e ha molti potenziali. Le uniche cosa che ci hanno lasciati perplessi sono alcuni strumenti e accessori che dovrebbero essere sostituiti da tempo (come il soffione della doccia o il porta shampoo che presenta parti arrugginite) e la insufficiente cura nel gestire i disservizi (ci è stato comunicato per SMS che non avrebbero condotto le pulizie quotidiane senza nemmeno un cenno di scuse). Insomma, ci sono molti punti con potenziale positivo ma abbiamo percepito quasi poca cura nel gestire la clientela. Peccato!

Abbiamo prenotato con expedia ma Las prenotazione è stata gestita da hotel. Com che illustrava bagno in camera e coazione compresa. Ma Uil bagno era fuori Camera e senza bidet e la colazione non c'era. E il proprietario per darci una Canerra con bagno ha preteso un supplemento di 10€ al giorno. Nonostante avesse 3 camere vuote

Affordable if you want a place to just rest...

The Hotel was nice, the rooms were a bit small though. We got an upgrade to a room with a bathroom which was very nice. Very affordable and close to Vatican City. The shower was a bit low on hot water at the end of showers, but I'm finding that is normal for Europe! The breakfast was minimal, I would not say it was continental... More like a biscuit and juice and cereal. Those were pretty much the choices... Overall, if I wanted to stay in this area again, I would consider staying here!

O hotel fica bem próximo ao Vaticano. Ótimas instalações!!! Decorado com capricho!!!! Ficamos bastante a vontade. Tem uma cozinha compartilhada, o que achamos otimo! Como são apenas três quartos, tivemos privacidade garantida. Tem ônibus que passa em frente, para o centro histórico!!! Ótima experiência!!!

Das Zimmer war super, die Lage auch. Frühstück gab es nicht, Kaffee selber kochen und abwaschen!!! prima Frühstück gibts beim Bäcker um die Ecke... Parkplatz nur öffentlich mit Gebühr (ca. 8 € am Tag) Tourismusabgabe statt 18 € wurden 21 € verlangt (3 Nächte/2Pers.)

close to the Vatican

The area looked a seedier than I had hoped but I don't believe that it was a bad area. Metro was l km away, and there are busses. The Vatican was about 1 km. Not in the hub of activity. If the Vatican is your focus, you are in luck, otherwise be prepared to take transit to the others. The wifi worked only for a few hours the first day of our three-day stay.

Good location but Noisy!

I know what can you expect in the center of Rome but it was particularly Noisy for us, noise from the street and from the other appartments. The room is clean, staff very polite. Barely no breakfast and you cannot use the stove. Overall ok.

Lovely place

Our room was very nice and clean (cleaning every day, towels changed every 3 days). There is high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The area plenty of cafes and restaurants nerby. It is very close to the Vatican and metro station. Breakfast is the same every day: 7days type of packaged bread, jam, yogurt, orange juice in a carton, biscuits, cornflakes and milk. Finally, we are very satisfied and would love to come back one day.

Breve ma intenso week end a Roma

Sono stata a roma 3 gg x il concerto di Laura Pausini, quindi ho scelto un hotel a metà tra il centro e lo stadio olimpico...a circa 10 min a piedi dalla metro di Ottaviano! Camera pulita,io ho optato x il bagno in camera, sig. Rino gentilissimo....sicuramente ci ritornerò!!

Not really a Hotel -

Loved the location - Check-in was easy - they let us keep our bags there till we headed out to the airport for free. It was not a hotel it was not a bed and breakfast - It was more like a Bed with a bathroom across the hall and a small basket with some food snacks for breakfast. NOT a sit down meal or breakfast choices at all... Over all it was worth the price.

Week end di Pasqua favoloso

Mi Sono trovato molto bene, camera pulita e spaziosa, buono anche il bagno in camera. Io ho alloggiato in quella Viola. In circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la metro su viale Giulio Cesare da dove con sole tre fermate di arriva in pieno centro. Nelle vicinanze del bed si trova piazzale Clodio capolinea dei bus da dove parte il 23 che porta a trastevere.

Das Bed und Breakfast ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metrostation Ottaviano entfernt. Auch die Vatikanstadt ist schnell zuerreichen. Die Zimmer im I Prati di Roma sind schön eingerichtet und werden jeden Tag geputzt. Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage im I Prati di Roma.

B&B near to Vatican

It is not as near to the Metro and St Peter's as advertised, unless you are a very fast walker. The decor is tasteful. The owner does not live there but is contactable on the phone, and helped us with ordering a taxi for our early departure. The breakfast is minimal, e.g. no fruit, but there is a large selection of teas, coffees and suchlike available in the small kitchen/eating area. The selection does not vary from day to day. The hot water in the shower disappeared after a 5 minute shower but reappeared after a short delay. Only one chair in the room. Very quiet outlook.

I Prati di Roma er et fint sted at bo. Hyggelig B&B tæt på Vatikanet. Værelset er pænt og rent. Eneste ulempe er støj fra gaden.

Très agréable, juste le petit déjeuner à améliorer

Accueil charmant, le propriétaire est sympa et se montre disponible et de bonne volonté. Bilingue, il parle l'italien et l'anglais. Le B&B est situé dans un quartier calme et sûr, au premier étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur, à 10 minutes à pieds de la station de métro Ottaviano et à 15 minutes de la place St-Pierre (Vatican). La chambre "Tulipe" est propre et franchement plaisante, seule l'isolation acoustique n'est pas géniale. Le point que nous estimons à améliorer est le petit déjeuner qui ne mérite actuellement pas d'être défini comme étant "continental"... un petit panier contenant quelques produits de moindre qualité emballés sous plastique, deux capsules de café et des berlingots de jus d'orange; jamais un seul fruit frais n'est mis à disposition.

Soggiorno piacevole, posizione ottimale. L'unica pecca è che il bagno della nostra stanza era in corridoio. Esistono comunque altre 2 stanze con il bagno in camera. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Excellent base for a stay in Rome. Near the Vatican and a cheap bus ride from all the other attractions. Room clean and comfortable, wi fi and air conditioning excellent, TV very small and no English channels, breakfast very basic and limited.
