Very large room. It was like a very large studio with 3 steps going up to the bathroom. Very clean & excellent location! I would highly recommend & would stay here again.

Very very central hotel at the fontana di trevi . Our room was on the third floor with no lift. The stairs to reach the room are stressful to everyone, a customer should be asked before given a room with no lift. The floor of the room was never cleaned in 3 days.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view! Staff was superb. Franco made our stay so enjoyable. He was amazing and helped with our hop on/off bus as well as transportation to our port. He provided us was a map of nearby monuments and restaurants. Xoxoxo

The location of Hotel Trevi is unbelievable. You walk less than 100 yards and you are at the Trevi fountain. So many restaurants and gelato shops

Central location close to Trevi Fountain and lots of food options. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and must see sights. Property is old, the shower head was coming off of the wall, ants in the room, and mold/mildew in the bathroom. We stayed on the top floor of one of their nine buildings. Many flights of stairs or a very cramped, tiny, scary elevator ride. Booked through Expedia and pre-paid for the breakfast option. When trying to get said breakfast was denied and said we needed to pay. Talked to elderly man with glasses at the front desk and he was rude and dismissive. Rolled his eyes at us and told us there is nothing about included breakfast in our reservation, even though the person who checked us in told us specifically we prepaid for the breakfast. This person then told us to wait for his colleague to start their shift to talk to them and shooed us away.

Rooms are not even at the hotel reception. Beds are smaller than advertised. Staff is unable to help and walls are very thin in hotel rooms. There was hair all over the comforters, not a good experience. I tried to get a refund for the second unused day and they couldn't get me in contact with the Trevi Group.
