Older hotel very close to the central train station. Close to restaurants and tourist areas.
Everything was just fine, very clean, tidy, comfortable, and quiet. I used to be a regular here until around 2018. I am glad to find that the Hotel Piemonte is still as reliably comfortable and still offers great value.
We had a great stay at the hotel. Breakfast was included which was an additional perk. Very close to train station and all amenities. Highly recommend and would stay again
Great location close to the train station/subway stops.

The walls are very thin. We could hear the guests talking in the room next door.
Hotel location is very convenient; walking distance to the train station.
Nice historic hotel. Quaint and clean. Elevator was quite interesting. Room is well arranged and hotel is in a very good area. Breakfast 5 euro very basic.
Excellent location very close to Roma Termini train station. Breakfast is included, which was a nice perk. Room is small but comfortable and includes a mini-fridge, which is one reason why we chose this hotel. Very nice, friendly desk staff, on site 24 hours.
great convenient place for taking a train in Italy
It was well located, clean and the staff was very helpful, both in recommendations and providing us with a takeaway breakfast very early in the morning.

Firstly the good,
The location is very good near to the main termini from there you can get anywhere pretty much in italy not just rome.
Value for money is good too with the breakfast available a nice bonus if not very limited choice.
The staff were all polite friendly and booking in was seemless and quick.
The bad
The hotel is very tired years ago im sure it was very nice with art deco touches now just tired, ( there is building working going on as they refurb which woke us at 7am).
The room was an ok size and the beds clean but again walls grubby.
The bathroom needs special mention as it hD all you need even if the shower cubicle was very small.(i had to open doors to wash).
I woul say it is currently worthy of maybe a two star. It did what we needed and gave us safe dry accomodation but i wouldnt stay again.
If all you want is good value basic accomodation then dont be put off.

Staff at Hotel Piemonte are all terrific. Well located to the train station.
It was very close to Termini rail station, hence it represents easy access for an hub for local transportation services.
The building is very attractive.
Staff is polite.
Bedroom is kept clean, and the bathroom is functional.
It was definitely worth the price.

Grateful that we were able to check in earlier than 2pm. I find the staff indifferent. It seemed as if they cater more if you’re Italian. At breakfast, we saw the staff preparing espresso from scratch to an Italian guest so we thought it was being offered so we asked but was told we can only use the vending kind of machine. Another guest noticed so he asked for an espresso only to be told to use the machine. If this is not offered then it should be for everyone as we are all paying guests. Location is great, housekeeping is the only nicest person we encountered from this hotel. This is our 5th trip in Italy, 3rd time in Rome staying in a hotel but this is truly the first time we felt really unwelcomed.
We booked to be near the train station, but we were a long way out from tourist attractions. That being said, it was very clean and a good location for a quick in/out. I would not stay in this location again, but that is because of location, not the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff very kind and helpful. they storaged our suitcases in the morning when we arrived and next day after returning the key, we went to the Vatican and left our suitcases until it was time to live the city.
That it was close to the main train station and easy to walk to even with luggage in hand. The staff was very friendly and a nice selection of food at breakfast. Overall, this is a great place to stay when touring around Rome it is easy because it is so near the main train station that takes you every place.
This building was comfortable and felt more secured compared to the annex. The main building felt more of a hotel with modern amenities. Make sure you get or print a copy of your buffet reservation as they'd ask for it. Hotel Piemonte is walkable to Roma Termini. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.
Room was small, but the location was convenient to Central Station and many dining options. There was easy access to the metro and many attractions were at walking distance. Breakfast was a plus.
