This was a great stay in a triple. Location next to termini is great if you take a lot of trips out of Rome. The hotel is very clean and the upstairs lounge is a gem.

Nice clean and friendly property located 5 mins walk from the central rail station ( Roma Termini). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and modern but the shower was a bit on the small side. Continental breakfast was really nice and the service was great. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was tidy, clean, and overall great. There was barely any air conditioning going. We were hot and had to sleep in underwear to be cool. We were barely able to sleep.

Great location right near the main train terminal, good breakfast and the guest service team member did a great job of caring for guest requests. Internet was very slow and the area around the hotel was very busy (due to the train terminal).

Overall the experience was above average, the staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. My only issue was because it is located across the street from the Termini Train Station, there were a few people in general in the area that caused us to feel uncomfortable.

Great location across from Termini station makes it easy to navigate Rome with this hotel as a home base! Hotel is very clean. Nothing fancy or extravagant, but just what you need when you don’t spend much time in the room. Wifi was down for my stay, and my room air conditioner did not work so it was very hot.

The staff and the service are very friendly. The facilities are remodeled. Clean and safe. I love the location, it is very convenient. The train and bus stations are just cross street. There are many restaurants in this station You can ask staff to change your room to a quiet side if you feel too noise. I did it. The facility level between 3.5 - 3.8. Over all, I like it and I would like to recommend it to the international travelers.

We were really disappointed with the check in, the lady at the desk was rude. She asked for our confirmation number, when we gave it to her she didn’t bother to look at it and then asked for the confirmation email. This was the worst check in I and my sisters have had. We left our bags as we were too early to check in. When we returned the new receptionist was very helpful. Apart from the one lady the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful

We stayed for 3 nights and the location is perfect for a city break being next to the main station and about 25 mins walk to the Colosseum and other attractions. The staff were very helpful and the room we had was a good size and included tea and coffee making facilities and a big plus was the air conditioning which worked really well, particularly as it was still 26 degrees when we stayed in October. The bathroom was also a good size with a large, powerful shower and even included a bidet. We can't fault the cleanliness of the bedroom or the bathroom - the only thing which was missing was a full length mirror! The buffet breakfast was served in the rooftop dining area with a choice of hot and cold food - they also provided Cappuccino/latte but you do have to request for this. Our room faced the rear rather than the street which meant no external noise however the only negative observation (at least in our room) was the noisy water pipes, which were quite intrusive when adjoining rooms guests turned on their shower or basin particularly late at night - Ironically we coped with this because of the background hum of the air conditioner otherwise this would have been an issue.

The hotel is rated as 4*, but it feels much more like a good hostel. It is clean and the staff is welcoming and pleasant. However, the shower in our room was so tiny that a man wouldn't be able to fit in. The toilet was squeezed between the shower and a wall. The toilet paper was of that cheapest kind where you need to use a meter of it just to keep your fingers dry. The hotel only gave one roll per day, so we had to use our tissues. The breakfast was continental. The croissants were very nice and fresh. The coffee, however, was absolutely horrible. There wasn't a coffee machine, but a pot of americano. The coffee was so weak, I couldn't believe it was served in Italy. Overall, the hotel was ok. Just be aware, it's definitely not a 4* but rather 2.5 - 3*.
