unprofessional people, always make pictures before checking in and leaving the property as you can be accused of damages you DIDN'T do.

Great location

Pro: good location, close to Metro, sight seeings are walking distance, apartment is roomy and clean. WiFi is very fast. Super market is half block away, the manager is very nice to help us with the luggages and answer questions Cons: elevator is very out dated and must be closed probably to operate. If anyone left it without closing properly, everyone else in the building has to take stairs. Sewer smell is another issue which is common in lot of ancient cities Overall, we enjoyed our stay

This place is not a hotel. It was a terrible experience. We did not stay because it was super dirty. The water did not work. The driver was late picking us up at the airport. We waited for him an hour. The owner of this room is refusing to give a refund. This place is false advertising.
