Bom, mas fica no 5° andar sem elevador.

Wi fi caía de vez em quando. Limpeza ótima, quarto e banheiro muito bons! Destaque para o funcionário Mohammed, muito simpático e procurou sempre nos ajudar. Pecaram na questão do check in, pois aqui diz que é 24 h, mas avisei no dia anterior que chegaria por volta de meia noite, mas ao chegar lá fui informada que naquela hora não conseguiriam fazer o check in no sistema e resolveram nos mandando aquela noite para um outro hotel mais ou menos próximo, que tivemos que ir andando com um funcionário. Esse mesmo funcionário nos buscou no dia seguinte pela manhã por volta das 8 h, porém meu quarto ficou disponível apenas às 11 h. Sugiro que revejam o horário de check in aqui informado. Mesmo que tenham sido tomadas providências para que eu não aguardasse "na rua", causou movimentações que poderiam ser evitadas. A título de informação, os quartos ficam no quinto andar de um prédio sem elevador e com escadas de vários degraus. Um funcionário ajudou subindo com as malas, mas é bem complicado subir tudo isso quando voltamos cansados dos passeios.

El hotel está ubicado en una área inmejorable, a 3 minutos de termini y a unos 15 minutos de la fontana de trevi, los empleados del hotel muy amables, buen desayuno inclusive llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos dejaron tomar el desayuno, lo remiendo ampliamente.

purtroppo non sono stata avvisata che si trattava di una stanza al 5^ piano da fare a piedi, quindi senza ascensore,.....pulizia delle scale neanche a parlarne, comfort pochi,,,,phon non funzionante, canale televisivo funzionante uno solo....

Convenient location, Standard service old interior

First of all the hotel name is not Gaudi guest house. It is Hotel Giubileo. Location is great 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini station. 200 metres from Emanuelle Metro station on Line A. There is a Beautiful church beside the hotel. Santa Maria Maggiore. Breakfast was standard and on time. The hotel has a classic interiors. Bathroom was little small. Overall a pleasant stay.
