The hosts are kind and accommodating. The guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. It was as expected, and is a good value if you are looking for a reasonable way to be near the airport and need a safe place to sleep. We left before breakfast, so can not comment on that, but we did have an excellent lunch at one of the restaurants within walking distance.

This is not a fancy property, but it is clean and well located. The staff person who checked us in was especially helpful. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. When we need a hotel near the Fiumincino Airport we will stay again.

The room was very clean and beautiful. This guest house was convenient and close to the Rome airport (FCO). When I had a problem, the staff was able to quickly handle it and helped me get all my way.

The lady whom I communicated with before check in was so helpful and caring. She contacted me prior to check in time and made all the arrangements for a late night self check in. Brava! Hotel is very convenient to airport.

The place is quaint, and it’s near a ton of great eateries and bars. It’s clean and quiet. The biggest drawbacks are lack of available public transportation-especially early mornings, and the limited hours of access to staff for assistance. I would stay again IF the timing worked out for me.

We arrived around 1100 and the doir to the hotel was locked. We called the numberon the door and they said it would be two hours before antone would be at the property and we would have to wait. We had no place to store the luggage. It was 2 oclock when thy finally sent the maid to open the hotel. The room was good, but no elevator and have to take the luggage two levels up. The property looked ababdoned. I would never stay again.

Questa volta abbiamo trovato la stanza troppo rumoroso. Durante la notte proveniva da un attività vicina dei rumori moto fastidioso. Anche il bagno di questa stanza è privo di appoggio per vestiti e cose personali. Consiglio uno sgabello

The place is beautiful and so clean, very quiet!;The staff was nice when they were present! And thank goodness for translators! Heads up no elevators, good thing it's only on the second floor when you have many suitcases to bring up!

Ottimo per chi ama le torture nordcoreane o per chi vuol perdere rapidamente qualsiasi fede religiosa e/o nel genere umano. La guesthouse ha infatti una sorta di autoclave/pompa, che dà acqua alle stanze, molto rumorosa che parte ogni 15/30 minuti anche di notte per cui, oltre a coprire persino i propri pensieri, è tipo da infarto se per sbaglio ci si addormenta. D'altronde perché uno dovrebbe addormentarsi in una stanza d'albergo? Se poi siete a Fiumicino perché il giorno dopo avete 10 ore di un importante concorso pubblico per il quale avete studiato e speso soldi, è perfetto. La stanza migliore per gli amanti del genere è la 804, quella che è stata data a me: la testa del letto è attaccata alla parete dell'autoclave/pompa idrica/aggeggio infernale. Davvero professionali nel distruggervi ogni piano. Consigli: avvertire i clienti del disagio prima che sia troppo tardi e spostare la pompa all'esterno dello stabile.
