Hotel foi indicado pela empresa em um atendimento por telefone, no qual a atendente disse que o hotel era bom, tinha boas avaliações e era bem localizado. Chegamos no local e tomamos um susto. As fotos não condizem muito bem com o lugar. Tivemos dificuldade para encontrar o hotel. É um prédio com vários hotéis dentro. Estávamos cansados e com malas, o dono não estava lá, esperamos bastante e tivemos que pedir ajuda para outro hotel dentro do prédio. Até então, nada aconchegante, os corredores e elevador estavam muito mal cuidados, foi um susto, e outra pessoa que disse não ser funcionária do hotel que abriu o hotel para nós. Entramos e o quarto era muito pequeno, havia barulhos constantes de água pelos canos. Na mesma hora decidimos trocar de hotel, era o mínimo a se fazer. Foi muito difícil contato com a empresa, tivemos que pesir ajuda para alguém no Brasil, e sem sucesso para a troca. Foi um pesadelo! O dono chegou e nos atendeu muito bem, se preocupou e nos deu outro quarto, maior e melhor. Nos primeiros dias havia muito cheiro de cigarro, até mesmo nas roupas de cama e fronhas, mas depois melhorou. O quarto era constantemente limpo e muito bem arrumado. Ele se preocupou e foi muito legal com a gente, ganhamos até um vinho espumante. A taxa de turismo foi muito alta, mas o dono disse não ser culpa do hotel, pagamos €3,50 por pessoa e por dia, totalizando €42,00 de taxa! Um absurdo!!! A localização é boa.

CAmera pulita e il personale gentile. Tutto il resto da dimenticare. Il palazzo ricorda le favelas brasiliane.

Slecht onderhouden en versleten kleine kamers

Voor bijna 100 euro per nacht schandalige kamer waar men 20 euro per nacht extra vraagt voor een aparte douche en toilet. Een toilet in de douche (zeer klein) waar de douche dan nog niet werkt. Klap op de vuurpijl, aan de muur hangt de kamertarief die 45 euro bedraagt.

HEI, hotelli oli ylibuukattu ja jouduimme n. 1 km päähän tästä hotellista ns. B&B paikkaan, josta puuttui se toinen B eli emme saaneet meille luvattua aamiaista ja muutenkin paikka oli aika surkea, vesa vuosi koko ajan, kaikki piti pyytää erikseen; juomamukit, pyyhkeet, wc paperit ym..Emme ole tyytyväisiä tähän tarjontaan. Toivoisimme hyvitystä ja reklamaatiota Domus Aurooralle. Ystävällisin terveisin Taisto Salka
