What an absolute gem of perfection in the heart of Rome. Walkable to all the sights and sounds, unique and modern design, impeccably clean, delightful breakfast, charming Italian feel and Alessandra was the most impeccable host. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and loved it so much we hate to share but at the same time want to see this establishment thrive and soar for anyone visiting the city.

We had an excellent stay at Deconcept House. The location is perfect, just about a 3 minute walk to Lepanto Metro Station and roughly 15 minutes on foot to Piazza del Popolo. The area feels safe, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was spotless and well equipped. We had a comfortable queen size bed with a firm mattress and a good selection of both soft and firm pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There was also a capsule coffee machine and a small fridge with bottles of cold water waiting for us on arrival. The hostess contacted us via WhatsApp a few hours before check in to arrange our arrival time, since we were arriving outside the regular check in hours. Communication was clear and efficient. They also helped us find transport from Fiumicino Airport and arranged a private driver for our return trip, as there was a planned strike that could have affected public transport on our departure day. Despite the central location and a busy street nearby, it was surprisingly quiet thanks to the well insulated windows and thick walls. Our room faced the back street, which probably helped. Breakfast was good, and the hostess was flexible within the 07.30 to 09.30 serving time. We did not use the common areas, but everything looked neat and well maintained. Overall, a calm, comfortable and well run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. Great location, personal service and excellent value for money. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it!
