It was very beautiful, away from the city hustle and bustle, if you’re a city lover might not be for you… there’s a shuttle tho that takes you to a central location easy to access all of the fun things to see in Rome.

Hotel was excellent in information on transportation and area. Lunch and dinner staff was very friendly and food was fantastic. Breakfast kicked the day off and the shuttle drop off and pick up location was superb.

Pool was great as well as breakfast from 7-10am-a lot of choices. Wifi was very slow and TV froze so didn’t use it during my 10 day stay. Everything else such as the bathroom and beds were great!

Nice hotel to stay between airport and Rome. We stayed last night prior to flying back to Canada. around 20 mins from Rome City Center and 20 mins from the airport, so we could still easily visit the Rome at night. Clean, kids had their room, good breakfast. Free parking on premises was very convenient. Quick check-in and out.

Family of four enjoyed staying here. The beds setup was great for us and our kids. They were on the other side of the room with a dividing wall. This place is a short taxi ride to the Vatican, which we toured.

The lobby looked great but the room was falling apart. The AC in the room is just for keeping the room not burning. When we needed to cool down after a trip, we had to hang out in the lobby to get the real AC there. There were ants in our room. The receptionists were helpful but the old gentleman at the bar was so rude and grumpy all the time. Maybe because we’re not white? Shuttle bus to the nearest metro was useful and one of the drivers was very friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel and friendly staff

We chose this hotel, as the 2nd part of our holiday, as it was located on the outskirts of Rome. It's a very nice spacious hotel, with good facilities, clean room, friendly staff, and nice buffet breakfast. The dinner menu is very limited, and the nearest restaurant is approx 15 minutes walk.

Confortable, clean

Nice property, easy to reach (by car, and they also had shuttle to metro station). Room was very confortable, we had a family room, and the king bed and two individual beds were separated by a central furniture which was very convenient. The breakfast was good and with variety of options. The last day we found that there was a leak in the bathrooom and the TV didn't work, maintenance attended immediately, and changed us to the next room.

The restaurant was small just by the bar area. There is supposed to be a hot buffet breakfast as well as a continental breakfast. The continental breakfast was great. The cooked breakfast was cold scrammed eggs, cold hard boiled eggs, sausages (only pork) and bacon. A bit disappointing. Also it’s located on a dual carriageway so you have to go passed it and back again to get where you’re going. House keeping was fantastic though!

A strong 3 star or a weak 4 star hotel

+ great sleep due to comfortable beds, pillows, blankets, nice design of rooms and general facilities, good breakfast with very tasty fresh bread, croissants and juices. - Lots of ants in the rooms, very damaged looking wall in the room, toilet door had a lot of paint missing around the handle area, I could not get the AC to work in the room so I had to have the window open to cool it down. It would be a solid 4 star hotel if there were no ants and if the walls and doors were not so damaged.

They didn’t have the room I reserved available the first night and weren’t very apologetic about it. The room we had the first night was very modern looking but had no closet or dresser and only a glass shelf for a nightstand. When we got into the right room, the furniture was a bit older but much more practical. There was a closet, a small dresser and 2 nightstands. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning service was good. Most of the staff were very friendly. We paid for the breakfast which was a nice buffet that included fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, nuts and seeds, bread, cheeses and cold cuts. There were also scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and potatoes, but they were often cold. The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful and made fresh espresso and cappuccino upon request. They had soy milk available as well. The pool was beautiful and well maintained with plenty of lounging chairs and umbrellas. The only drawback was that the entire pool was deep, which was difficult for swimming with young children. The hotel was located a bit further from downtown than we expected but there was a bus stop nearby. There is a shuttle service to the nearest metro station a couple of times a day but we didn’t find out about it until our last day. There was a grocery store and a home store, with a bit of everything, a few minutes walk from the hotel. On the same strip there was a café, a couple of fast food places and a restaurant. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Staff very good and helpful. Elevators tiny and with a tour group took forever to use. no USB outlets in room and few regular outlets. No door on shower (typ european thing). No hair condtioner. A/C and heater turned off. $65 taxi to and from airport. Poor WiFi. However: VERY CLEAN.
