Familiäres B&B mit 3 Zimmern. Gastgeberin sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste und kontaktfreudig. Lage des Hotels hervorragend,in wenigen Gehminuten bei Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch der Shuttle Bus vom Flughafen hält direkt vor dem Haus. Wir hatten das Zimmer zum Hinterhof, somit äusserst ruhig.

Gabriela, the host, was very inviting and helpful in pointing out the best ways to spend our time in Rome. We had two children with us who were both greeted daily with a happy face at breakfast. Simple B&B in great location.

A fantastic, friendly, affordable b&b right near the Vatican, and with plenty of restaurants and shops around. While the accommodations are simple, it has everything you need for your stay in Rome. Gabriela, the host, is friendly, helpful, and very nice. Note that there may be some accessibility issues for those with physical limitations. Several small stairways, and I did not notice as elevator.

Highly reccomend it

Highly recommend it! Gabriela is an excellent host. Room is great, bed super comfortable. Private bathroom is outside the room (4 steps away). Breakfast is continental. Near the Vatican, 10 minutes walk to metro station. Lots of shopping and restaurants. You definitely feel at home.

Our stay at the Annette B&B

It was awesome! Gabriela was super helpful. She was able to help us get a transfer from the airport to the place and also a transfer back. (It was more easier for us since we had a baby with us). Lots of yummy food places nearby, walking distance to the Vatican. We loved our stay in Roma. Plus the breakfast was also a plus. Great place! Mahalo.

Solides Hotel für einen kurzen Städtetrip in Rom

Wir blieben drei Nächte im Annette B&B um uns Rom anzusehen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und war damit top gelegen für unsere Zwecke. Unser Zimmer befand sich allerdings direkt zur Straße, daher gab es kein wirkliches Fenster (es gab eines, es war jedoch nicht wirklich zu öffnen, daher war das Zimmer stets recht dunkel) und es war ziemlich laut (was aber noch auszuhalten war). Zimmer und Bad schienen soweit sauber, Möbel, Handtücher und Gegenstände jedoch ziemlich veraltet und schon in recht ordentlich gebrauchtem Zustand. Aufgrund dessen und des geringen Tageslichts wirkte das Zimmer daher nicht sehr einladend (natürlich ist man bei einem Städtetrip die meiste Zeit unterwegs, daher war das zu verkraften, nach einem langen Sighseeing-Tag konnten wir in dem Zimmer allerdings nicht sehr gut entspannen). Im Rahmen von drei Nächten war jedoch auch das verkraftbar. Beim Frühstück gibt es das Mindeste (Kaffee, Saft, zwei Scheiben Toastbrot, verpackter Chester-Käse und Cervelat-Wurst, Marmelade, ein Croissant oder ähnliches, und auf Nachfrage ein Ei), auch das wirkt nicht besonders appetitlich in der kleinen Küche. Wäre es nicht im Preis inklusive gewesen, hätten wir sicher gänzlich darauf verzichtet. Wirklich positiv war das Hotelteam (Gabriela und Massimo) und der Service des Teams; sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und informativ.

Hôtel accueillant et convivial

Très bon séjour chez Annette! L’hote est très gentille et disponible, elle fait tout pour que l’on se sente bien. La position de l’hôtel est idéale non seulement pour l’aller et le retour à l’aeroport ( arrêt juste devant la porte), mais également pour se rendre au Vatican et aux autres monuments ! Je le recommande grandement :)
