The room had everything we needed, including A/C. The building also had an elevator, which was convenient. The location was excellent. The only downside was the front desk receptionist, whose English was not the best, nor was his Italian so there was some miscommunication when trying to extend our stay, but the matter was resolved. Overall, a decent stay.

The room was OK but initially the air-conditioning was not working. Was later fixed. Had to go up and down stairs to reach the room. No coffe or any other beverage available in the facility. The room had no resemblance to the one pictured. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful. If not for them I would have given only two stars.

The place is central, close to vatican, to plaza Navona, lots of shopping and restaurants around. The location is exceptional. The place is ok, run down but my interest was location and it meet my needs.

The property was a decent price and was close to many tourist favourites. The hotel was a walkable distance to the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps, Castle Sant’Angelo and the Vatican. Bring walking shoes. The rooms are a bit small and the the bathrooms are small as well. It’s relatively clean.

Excellent location for the price. 10-15 minute walk away from the nicest parts of Rome and the Vatican. Check-in was very warm and friendly. Staff were courteous. Not a highend hotel but it has the basics and is quiet. If you want a room with an excellent location, for a reasonable price then this is a good choice.

I loved staying here..whilst the building and facilities were a little run down, it still had so much atmosphere…the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the area was amazing. We booked for the end of our time in Italy, and was one of our favourite part of our trip!

Location, location, location!!! This was great hotel due to its location and staff! It’s not the Marriott by any means but it was safe, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is good for its location, close to piazza Navona, Spanish steps, fountain the Trevi! It has a specific smell though, that’s why just have to take a shower and go to bed. Stuff is very welcoming and friendly, eager to help out with any questions!

Our room was small and charming. Great price for the quality. However, I must say that the staff at check-in and check out were the best!! They made our stay most enjoyable and really helped us out when needed. Excellent retausrants and transportation nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect! The shop across the street has amazing cappuccino and breakfast/lunch options at a reasonable price. The property had poor water pressure , the water was going down the drain slowly. We mostly slept at the hotel, enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.
