"The TV does not have any streaming service availability. The alarm clock did not work and the previous guests had left a not to that effect but obviously it wasn’t taken care of. I asked the front desk for coffee packets for the second night of our stay but none were ever brought to us. "

"Spacious clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast area was kind of a mess. We went down at 830 amd there was very little food left and the area was super messy."

"Don't stay here if you have high to average expectations for what a hotel should be. This property is in serious need of some TLC. Our room was dirty and run down. The elevator button on the 4th floor had a cover plate that was too small, so you could see the wires behind on one side, and the plate was taped onto the wall on the other side. Our lamp shades were dirty, one lamp was broken, the curtains were filthy, there was a crack in the ceiling, and the walls were dirty. Our room was advertised as sleeping 7 on Expedia, but it only slept 6. The desk attendant said they didn't have any cots, and the room only slept 6. A lot of the dryers in the laundry room were marked "out of order" and our dryer was stealing our quarters. The desk attendant ended up putting an "out of order" sign on our dryer as well."

"Very dirt carpets. Bathtub has been painted over and chipped. Both the toilet and tub drains do t work . Pool staff very rude. Breakfast is horrible. Beds are hard and they say a queen but are full size "

"Yes very pet friendly & human friendly. The evening guy that works there does his job beautifully and the breakfast is one of the best in town for the price range. Free green apples if you can eat more than one. Nice walking trail out back along the river. And its close to everything and has a great shuttle service to Mayo"
