An older hotel, but everything was incredibly clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Mayo subway access was excellent with the cold winter weather. Will absolutely stay here again if we have to come back to Rochester.

LOVE this hotel. We stay every time we go to Mayo. It is out dated but SUPER CLEAN, a place you can tell employees take pride in. We always recognize staff even through the years. Everyone is always helpful and kind. Great breakfast as well. One huge perk too is it has access in the hotel to the subway system. Thanks Brentwood for another awesome stay, you never disappoint.

Our second stay and will plan to stay regularly. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Everything is clean in the room and it is VERY quiet. Breakfast is good and there are plenty of options, something for everybody. Parking is really nice and convenient and a tunnel to Mayo makes a fast easy walk.

Everything about Brentwood was convenient. The evening desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. The parking was easy. With all the roads closed around Mayo, they allowed me to keep my vehicle in the ramp for hours past check-out. The staff cleaning the rooms was very helpful. As I stepped into the hall, I realized I had left my key inside. The man who was in the room across the hall saw it and was kind enough to open the door for me so I didn't need to go to the front desk. I would definitely stay there again. The room was very quiet, and there is a tunnel which takes you all across the Mayo campus without going outside.
