New hotel with large and comfortable flats. Cafe and reception area is nice but would benefit from having more trained staff. Amenities (pool, gym, spa) could be very nice if there was dedicated staff to this space and also more equipment in the gym. The hotel is located quite close (10min walk) from Granada mall.

Airport layover with fun

Service was super helpful and very friendly. Great location for shopping, restaurants, and transport. It is also a good airport layover as I used it.

Not recommended at all

Worst experience ever and was insulting when I checked in and was given an upgraded room, then after one hour I was asked to leave for a lower one as the hotel changed their mind about the upgrade. This never happened to me in my life and I travel a lot. Very unprofessional and when I talked to the duty manager, he apologied and told me he cannot do anything about it. Then I talked to the manager the next day who kept promising he will follow up and promised that I will be something back to make me satisfied, but never happened although he escalated it to the owner as per what he told me. It seems that the owner was to busy to follow up or doesn't care if they lose a loyal customer who stayed in the hotel several times before.

Worst experience ever!
