Good stay at this hotel during my first visit to Riyadh. Saleem was very helpful with the luggage and explaining the facilities of the hotel. Impressed with all the staffs service including the checking in staff. Good wifi service and walkable distance to local shops Recommend this hotel for the stay. Could have more restuarant choices. Slight negative is the food choice at the hotel restuarant. Buffet only so slightly on the pricey side.

OK for a short stay

Booked a room with a city view... the view was of the roof and a slice of the city. Bedroom was clean and spacious however the 'sofa' was badly stained. The bathroom was old and tired. Good hot water pressure thought. Housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and efficient Meals were excellent. ALL restaurant staff iexcellent. Unfortunately the spa & hair salon were only open to men which was a major disappointment. Women have not been considered in this area which is a missed opportunity! Instead women have a 'gym' (hardly) on the first floor, with just a few treadmills, a couple of yoga mats and random weights. In addition the provision of just 1 toilet and handwashing facilities means having to queue. Given that there are many women staying at the hotel surely better facilities for women should be provided! Hotel location is ok.

Basic hotel, very small window in room. Breakfast was okay… Unfortunately, they had an emergency announcement that went of all three days of our stay, saying we need to vacate the building, and once was at 1:00am. Another night a staff member knocked on our door at 2:00am, mistakenly thinking we called for towels. Tough to sleep in that environment!!

Old property - grimy rooms

Right from the start there were problems. The AC in the room was not working and the controls were broken. Whilst I use my mobile for calls the in-room did not work and despite someone coming to fix it they just left the job half-done. The room carpet was stained and old. Every corner expecially in the bathroom had ingrained dirt. I did not request a smoking room but it was the only one they had. I was staying for an extended trip (15 nights). The property overall needs an update. The shower head was broken and sprayed water all over again I complained but it was not fixed.
