I like the modern style of the hotel. Very nice, quiet, clean. Close to everything I need. Food is good. Hard boiled eggs are EASY to peal ... you do not find that at every hotel you go to .... sadly.

Great location for working in the CBD and 35 minutes from the Airport. Very good hotel for single western women on business. Very clean and decent size bathroom.

Great for a business trip

Perfectly fine hotel and excellent value: very good breakfast, good gym with new and functional equipment, clean premises, very comfortable bed. Kingdom Centre is only a few minutes’ walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the US, hotels with “Comfort” in the name are usually not especially great. Don’t let the name fool you, this one is several notches better.

The hotel is very nice super clean. The bed is super comfortable that I just didn’t want to get out of bed. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The only thing was that I was charged two extra nights instead of one, but mistakes happen and they said they will issue a refund, they were very helpful with this matter.

A Fantastic Stay – Exceeded Expectations! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations for a three-star stay! While the nightly rate is on the higher side, the exceptional service makes it absolutely worth it. Check-in was incredibly fast and seamless, setting the stage for a great experience. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate two queen beds comfortably, making it perfect for our group of four. Everything was spotless, from the room to the bathroom, with every detail thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was outstanding, offering everything you could possibly want to start the day! A special shoutout to Emon for his warm hospitality—he took great care of my kids and even surprised them with some candies. And Abdullah, who made the best omelets, was equally fantastic! The highlight of our stay was the thoughtful birthday surprise—a delicious cheesecake, a fruit plate, and a box of chocolates delivered to my room. Now that’s what I call top-notch hospitality! Add to that they had no issue at all with a a late check in and a late check out! A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be back!

The room temperature was very cold The night front desk staff was rude when I asked to adjust The heat in the room. The concierge (don’t know his name) was getting loud saying he doesn’t have my bag when I asked for it and when he got it he tore the tags off of it and walked away. Super rude. Complaint Letter - Elaf Qinwan Hotel Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment at )ناونق فاليإ قدنف( Elaf Qinwan Hotel Dear Elaf Qinwan Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. After traveling a long distance with my wife, son, and brother-in-law, we arrived at your hotel exhausted and expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, we were met with hostility and unacceptable behavior from your front desk staff. The woman handling check-in was extremely rude, gave us unpleasant and dismissive looks, and made us wait for over 30 minutes without any explanation or apology. When I attempted to raise this issue with a manager who was walking by, he asked me where I was from. After I answered, he simply proceeded to check me in and ignored everything I said about the staff member’s behavior. Shockingly, the manager then said to me: “I’m the manager here, and I can tell you to get your money back and get up out of here.” This statement is deeply unprofessional, offensive, and disrespectful — especially coming from someone in a leadership position.
