Ar condicionado e Quarto muito ruim

Atendimento e localização ótima - porém o quarto tinha os ar-condicionados ruins, com mau cheiro e com barulho, controles remoto não funcionam e portas e prateleiras quebradas e sem puxadores - achei sujo e a limpeza tbm não foi boa, recomendo não usar o serviço ou antes de aceitar o quarto, peça para subir e ver a instalação oe exija seu direito de um quarto melhor.

The location is great, in a safe neighborhood right in the middle of Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The staff was great, very helpful. The common area (breakfast lobby etc...) are correct. The bedrooms are a total disappointment, especially my bathroom was coming straight from the 80’s in really poor conditions. I closed my eyes and nose (it smelt sewage) when I was showering. It really needs to be renovated. The sleeping arrangement was decent.

Great value for the price

The value for the price was great! Staff was friendly. The bed was comfy. The sitting room could be more modern but was not a deal-breaker for me. All of the rooms have a kitchenette - ideal for longer stays - and most rooms have a balcony. Breakfast was also great!

Brazil and Rio are fake pet friendly country. city Most of the places, restaurants and hotels like Mercury pet rules are completely unclear, they do request a lot of documents which is not specified when you do your reservation including a rule where you cannot let the pet alone in the room. Hotel is well located but room is old and noisy. Definitely will not return.
