The staff and facilities were great. The local all you can eat of local specialties was exceptional. Breakfast too! The only matter that was subpar were the grungy gray towels. Looks like they came from the local car wash

Perfectly located, perfect staff and service, Outstanding breakfast and breakfast-room (wow). Property and facilities inside are perfect as well, only the outer face of the hotel from the beach-view looks a bit like "need to be renovated". But all in all a wonderful hotel - I would highly recommend to friends and everyone.

Overall clean. No fridge in the room; shower not cleaned after use; beds with springs; air conditioner without inverter. Breakfast so-so. Expensive for its value, but in line with other hotels in the area.

UNPLEASENT STAY IN NAUTIC HOTEL!

-Room was not clean! -ONLY one plastic glass in the room -No coffe / tea available in the room. When asked about coffe the receptionist asked payment first (1€ for each coffe bag). We paid 2€ for 2 coffe bags! - Last day (Nov. 9th): No cheese, butter, no eggs, no tomate/ cucumber /breads /no breakfast tea...! When I asked THE REASON WHY MAIN FOODS / DRINKS OF BREAKFAST BEING NOT AVAILABLE AT THE BREAKFAST ON NOV. 9th THE RECEPTIONIST replied ' THE HOTEL WILL BE CLOSED STARTING ON NOV. 9th!' They charged us 20 € for breakfast on Nov. 9th too! €20 WAS NOT THE REAL COST OF THE BREAKFAST WE HAD ON NOV.9th AT NAUTIC HOTEL! WE WANT €20 REIMBURSEMENT! This is not acceptable! We didn't have chance to leave and go to another hotel as the payment had been done earlier. It has been recommended by you! PLEASE ALSO SEND OUR INVOICE BY MAIL! STAYING AT BALCONIES IS NOT SAFE BECAUSE SOME STRUCTUREL PARTS/ PIECES AT THE BOTTOM WALLS OF BALCONIES HAD BROKEN /SEPARATED PIECES. PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TAKEN. OUR BREAKFASTS ON HOTELS BOLOGNA / BERGAMO HAVE BEEN PERFECT!

The room felt really dirty. The towels and sheets were visibly dirty. The air in the room did not work. The shower would overflow into the bathroom, causing to have to use all towels to clean up mess. The hotel was located super far from the parking garage resulting in a 15 minute walk.

Very nice hotel

The location is excellent! It’s 5 min walk from the train, and there’s an exit right on to the beach. The breakfast was great with many options. We were super happy with the hotel, only downside is that the walls are so thin and you can hear everything, and that made some problems with our neighbors… Would recommend the hotel though 👍

It was hot in my room the only thing working with the ceiling fan I went to the desk and they told me that they already shut the AC system off because it was off season controlling how a customer feels in the room I don't think it's cool

I had to resign from travels to Italy due to very bad weather conditions and flood in Emilia-Romania. Hotel rejected my cancellation, saying that I can't get any refunds back and Rimini wasn't demaged at that time. However, none of the trains worked between airport and Rimini. They didn't care about my and my kids safety. Under this special circumstances they should at least accept 50% of refund. I was very disappointed.

Ottimo albergo direttamente sul lungomare con accesso diretto sulla spiaggia. Si parcheggia comodamente a 500 mt di distanza o richiedendo il parcheggio al momento della prenotazione (ricordatevi di farvi fare il permesso ztl)

Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, bei der hintertür raus und du stehst am Sandstrand. Wirklich perfekt. Auf der anderen Seite liegt das Hotel in einer "Verkehrsberuhiten Zone" und Quasi Einkaufsstraße. Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Jetzt zur Kritik. Beim Frühstück gibt es wirklich alles was man sich denken kann und ist auch wirklich gut. Nur ist sehr oft das etwas leer und oder aus ist. Aber meist sagt man dann dem Personal bescheid und es wird wieder befüllt. Brötchen sind regelmäßig leer gewesen Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt Der Parkplatz liegt über 1km entfernt und ist in einem sehr dunklem Eck und kostet dann €10 pro Tag. Was wieder Positiv daran ist er ist abgesperrt. Würde aber wieder kommen, wenn man das alles vorher weis ist das kein Problem.

Perfekt beliggenhed!

I forhold til prisen kan absolut ikke forventes mere! Morgenmaden var helt ok, og beliggenhed i top! Vi havde ingen udfordringer med støj, men sengene er meget hårde, værelset var meget småt! Når man kommer ned fra værelserne, kan man gå enten direkte på stranden eller direkte ud til gaden, hvor der er både gode indkøbsmuligheder og lækre is, og kort afstand til bussen til stationen.

Der ältere Mitarbeiter für Frühstück ist unfreundlich, kann nicht zurück grüßen und kümmert sich nicht wirklich um fehlende Sachen wie z.B. Besteck. Wir mussten uns jedes Mal selbst darum kümmern und uns die Bestecke von anderen Tischen besorgen. Kalte Eier Keine Möglichkeit um nasse Wäsche im Balkon aufzuhängen, also mussten wir mit der Leiter des Hochbettes improvisieren!

Struttura piacevole e ben riammodernata. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione di ottima qualitá. Peccato che si perdano nei dettagli : nel bagno cieco esiste solo una lampada e l'interruttore la accende contemporaneamente al ventilatore di estrazione rumorosissimo. Sarebbe opportuno inserire una lampada indipendente non collegata al ventilatore. Sulla facciata in balcone parte dell intonaco si stacca.
