Exceptional. Better than higher star rated hotels.

Should be rated 4 star, not 3. Beautiful hotel, most helpful staff, big comfortable room with all modern facilities. Don’t let off site paid parking put you off. Using sat nab we found car park and from there an elevator brought us up on ground level next to hotel. Great breakfast. We rate this property as exceptional.?

We stayed here for one night. The hotel's location is excellent. It's close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The parking situation isn't ideal. There's a tiny parking spot in front of the hotel for just one car. So, you have to quickly unload your things and then find another place to park. Luckily, there is a private parking lot a short 5-minute walk away. The room was okay and could fit five people, which is hard to find. It was clean and had what we needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly. The best part was breakfast. The hotel has a nice breakfast room with a terrace where you can eat. The breakfast options were good, and it was a nice way to start the day.

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach, aber günstig. Da wir in der Nebensaison ( Anfang September) in diesem Hotel waren, war das Frühstücksangebot mehr als überschaubar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber wirklich sehr klein, vor allem das Bad. Die Hotelbesitzerin ist nett und ich denke in der Saison ist das Frühstück besser. Wir haben leider in der Lobby essen müssen und es gab wirklich nur kaltes Rührei und Käse und Schinken und ein paar süßwaren. Alles in allem ein gutes Strandhotel, wenn man nicht so großen Wert auf Komfort legt. Wir danken trotzdem für den günstigen Aufenthalt.

La simpatia di poter trovare una saponetta già usata dentro la doccia e ritrovarsi anche con il servizio a pagamento dell’aria condizionata ovviamente non segnalato al momento della prenotazione penso non ci rivedremo mai All’atto della comunicazione che c’era una saponetta usata nella doccia la Risposta della reception è stata non scusarsi ma uscirsene con una battuta anche noi lavoriamo… io no???

Anbefaler sterkt ingen å reise hit. Personalet snakket ikke engelsk, var respektløs, aggressiv, ville kaste kundene sine ut og truet med å tilkalle politiet. Har aldri opplevd en så dårlig kundeservice før. Det viste seg også at hotellet har sine egne regler som ikke står på hotels.com nettsiden. Det står i tillegg at hotellet er kjæledyrvennlig, men hunden fikk ikke lov engang å være på rommet alene i 10 min. Rommet var udatert. På rommet var det bare senger og en stol, ikke bord engang. Man må betale ekstra for air condition i tillegg til at det bare fungerer på visse tidspunkter. Masse støv og insekter på rommet, generelt veldig ekkelt. Man må ordne parkeringsplass selv, og det var ikke nærme hotellet. Alt i alt værste hotellopplevelsen jeg og familien har opplevd noen gang. Hele ferien ble øddelagt.

Ich war mit meinen Kindern für 5 Nächte im Hotel Brotas, ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht, am liebsten hätte ich storniert und eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. War leider nicht möglich. Sehr unfreundlich Personal, das einzige war der Französische Bulldogge die ich 2 mal gesehen habe. Das Zimmer war ok, sehr alt und dreckig als ich den Balkon Türe schliesse ist die oberen Teil auf mich gefallen und ich habe mich verletzt. Das frühstücke war KATASTROPHAL NIE HABE ICH SO EINE SCHEISS FRÜHSTÜCK gehabt, vergammelte Ananas nur Brot, trockene Kuchen und Croissant. Plastik Becher die gekratzt sind, schmutzige Besteck. Ich würde so gerne meine Geld zurück wenn ich konnte das verlangen !!!!! Ausserdem die Gastgeberin hat immer laut Musik gehört. Die Fotos auf Webseite sind Fake oder von früher, das Hotel verdient nicht die 3 Sterne wo er hat. Sauerei das ebooking so etwas Unterstützt. Und noch musste ich 5 Euro pro Tag für Klimaanlage bezahlen was mit draussen Temperaturen von 35 grad schon notwendig ist. NIE WIEDER in diesem Hotel!!!!!!!! Bin echt sauer Finger weg!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno a Capodanno, abbiamo improvvisato la meta perchè non era tra le nostre prime scelte e ci siamo trovati molto bene accolti e consigliati dallo staff, sia su dove andare per il 31 che anche i giorni successivi. È stata la nostra prima volta con la nostra cucciola e abbiamo trovato comprensione e attenzione anche per lei. Nonostante il tempo invernale, in camera si stava al caldo e c'era tutto l'essenziale, pulizia piu che soddisfacente, la colazione pure buona abbondante e continentale. Abbiamo fatto un bel tour dei paesini grazie ai consigli di Vita, che ci ha aiutato anche nelle questioni logistiche non banali con la cagnolina. Lo consigliamo a tutti e soprattutto a chi vuole passare un soggiorno tranquillo e gradevole col proprio amico a 4 zampe e ringraziamo per averci aiutato anche negli imprevisti che sono capitati inevitabilmente.
