A great property close to the centre of Riga. More spacious than expected, very quiet and clean, and great value for money. The communication was very clear and concise I had no issues with the self check in. I’d definitely stay here again.

I really liked this place. Despite being a studio, the room was large and the placement of things in the room was well thought out. They provided a lot of room necessities (soap, cleaning products, coffee, tea, sugar) and everything was absolutely pristine. The location is back from the street and incredibly quiet - I slept quite well here, and made my own dinners in the kitchen. Convenience and grocery stores are only a couple of blocks away.

Recommendation

Everything was really nice in the apartment: equipment, beds, space, lights... Just as in the pics. Also the breakfast we ordered beforehand was tasty. The neighbourhood was nice, many nice restaurants around, beautiful art deco -houses nearby and so on. It was easy to get to the old town and all over the city by bus or by foot. The only slight minus was, that our flat was situated on the ground floor, so there was not any view except the wooden fence few meters from the window. If we would have known that beforehand it might have effect our desicion about the reservation. But getting used to it, it didn't bother so much.

Absolutely loved it!

Property was exactly as shown in the photographs. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. I don't think I've ever slept as well on a vacation! We stayed in the penthouse and I really enjoyed watching the sunset (at 10 pm!) from the balcony. The building and neighborhood are quiet--the little bit of noise during the day completely disappears at 9 pm--which was too bad on some nights, since the bar/restaurant at the end of the block has some wonderful jazz and acapella shows during the week! The location is perfect--close enough to walk to anything you need and to the key sights in Riga. The central bus line is also nearby, and it will take you the the train station (if you want to venture beyond the city) in about 12 minutes. Next time I come to Riga I will definitely stay here again! If you arrive late, as we did, you'll find some places that are open for dinner until 12 pm. If you need breakfast, lunch, or dinner any day, you'll find many terrific choices within a one-block radius. (I don't know if this will get edited out or not, but I'm going to add that the pho resturant right down the street is inexpensive and amazing!)

Tout est parfait de l'accueil à l'appartement (26A au 4eme étage) avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Tout est là : lave vaisselle, lave linge avec lessive, micro-ondes, 2 plaques vitro, réfrigérateur avec partie congélateur. Balcon avec le chant des oiseaux même si la vue donne sur une cour arbore, c'est très calme. Personne à l'accueil très agréable.

Dejligt ophold midt fra start til slut. Blev taget fint imod ved ankomst, og havde fem gode dage i Riga. Lejlighederne er placeret perfekt, hvis du spørger mig. All'inizio ci è stato dato un appartamento al I piano (un pò buio), ma successivamente Ilze si è tanto adoperata perché ottenessimo un appartamento più luminoso (al 6° piano-con ogni comfort). In questo appartamento abbiamo trascorso giornate in totale relax, consci della comodità dell'ambiente e della sua tranquillità. Vorremmo ringraziare ancora una volta Ilze per la sua preziosa collaboratività e professionalità
