It is a nice place to stay, the price is great, breakfast buffet is good, service is great, able to come in early with no problem! close to mall and restaurants, American Restaurants and Mexican Restaurants, WiFi works good! Pool was dirty once, but has been cleaned every time I've stayed there after I brought it to their attention!

Careful with the included breakfast

It hs been an aweful experience during my stay here I had to stayed here because of a course it was my choice at my first stay but not on the stays after, filthy sheets and pillows, on my third night stays th room was left out bye the cleanning lady and it was not cleaned. I was charged for the included brekfast buffets because i was told that it was going to be deducted on my checkout which I did i payed an extra buffet for my daughter on monday and they gave me my final voucher and my check out, later that day i received a charge on my account that they did withiut my consent on the buffets whicch they were included it has been a back and forth interchange of emails hopefully everything gets settled by today if not I will update o. Two other reviews i have left from my other stays. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

GOOD CLEAN PLACE TO STAY, THE R0OM WAS VERY BIG. THE BED WAS COMFTORBLE, AND CLEAN. I LOVED HOW BIG THE BATHTUB WAS. THIS PLACE IS CLOSE TO A SHOPPING CENTER, SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO TO FAR. I JUST WISHED THE FOOD THAT THEY SELL AT THEIR RESTAURANT WERE CHEAPER.

Buen Hotel, personal atento pero SIN MANTENIMIENTO

Estuve 3 días, en Gral esta bien por la atención recibida por el personal, pero siendo que el hotel esta en Reynosa una ciudad con un clima terrible y ambiente similar, no creo posible que los pasillos hacia las habitaciones los tengan SIN Aire Acondicionado, al igual que el área del restaurante, ademas del calor y humedad que se siente, se respira el olor a tapetes húmedos,independiente del calor que siente uno al salir del elevador hacia y desde su habitación, asi como en el comedor mientras uno desayuna o come. El sillón de la habitación estaba dañado, da muy mal aspecto e incomodo, las Toallas de baño todas deshilachadas como si fueran de un Hotel de paso y las cortinas del cuarto cayéndose. Se fue la luz en todo el rancho/ciudad de Reynosa en el 2do día por mas de 7 horas, aun cuando el hotel cuenta con Planta de Luz de emergencia NO es posible que No tengan una planta mas Potente para mantener los Aires Acondicionados funcionando lo cual fue una experiencia bastante DESAGRADABLE ya que pareciera que uno estaba en un baño SAUNA en su habitación, obvio que ni salir a los Pasillos del Hotel por que estaban PEOR de CALIENTES y HÚMEDOS, aun cuando estuve hablando en repetidas ocasiones para checar el re-inicio del Aire Acondicionado no fue sino hasta las 12:00 AM cuando fue una persona de mantenimiento a arrancar los A/C. GRUPO POSADAS: Tienen que poner MAS ATENCIÓN en el MANTENIMIENTO de sus Hoteles, NO es POSIBLE dar semejante y Miserable IMAGEN Ni SERVICIO.

Hotel viejo, servicios en malas condiciones.

Sin duda es un hotel muy viejo, da la sensación de abandono. No volvería por ningún motivo a hospedarme en ese lugar. Debo recalcar que todo el personal es muy amable, sin embargo, las instalaciones, las condiciones y los servicios dan mucho que desear.

para ser fiesta inn deja algo que desear

restaurante abria de 6AM a 9PM, tuve que cenar temprano y en la mañana baje a desayunar a las 7:30AM y aun no preparaban el desayuno por ser fechas cercanas a navidades
