Beautiful Hotel

I thought it was a beautiful hotel from the time I arrived. A few things I liked a lot: seamlessly check-in, security - you cannot get on to any floor without a key card, and cleanliness - the hallways, room, rooftop deck and bar, meeting room were very clean.

New, clean property near lots of great dining and shopping options. Room not really female friendly- no full length mirror, no place to put your foot up for shaving legs in the shower, bathroom mirror lit up too bright in bathroom to do makeup correctly and there was only the one mirror in the whole room. Rooftop bar is nice for the ambience, drinks and food just average. Would stay again because of convenience and amenities in the area.

I liked the quietness of the community and modern, spacious look of the rooms. I feel well rested. During my stay, the air conditioning stopped working. Maintenance arrived, but was unable to fix the unit. I was immediately assigned another room to accommodate me. Also, the room looked exactly likenthe pictures on the website.

Could be great!

Really nice looking hotel with professional staff. Unfortunately, I could tell right away that it was a new building. The toilet didn’t flush, so I had to call the front desk. They wear very understanding and sent someone to fix it later that day. Then that evening the AC stopped working. Could be a great hotel, but they need to fix the issues with the building first.

The AC Hotel in Reston was clean and the staff was professional and courteous, which I appreciated. However, the minimalist style of the hotel didn’t quite meet my personal preferences for comfort and amenities during a stay. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the pool was out of service shortly after my check-in, which impacted my overall experience and made me check out a day in advance. --- Would you like this revised further to sound more positive, more direct, or formatted for a specific platform (like Google Reviews or a complaint email)?

I loved the property and the staff, unfortunately the sheets were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. I did not sleep well at all during my 3 night stay and would probably not return due to this situation.

Very trendy property and is also brand new. Close to everything. The rooms look nice but bathrooms are poorly designed (shower water leaks all over the floor). Be sure to bring water since the room comes with too very small bottles. Note they don't provide complimentary breakfast, which is shocking for a hotel at this price level. The cost of breakfast is $20 and absolutely not worth it. There was a serious noise issue with my room while I stayed on the property (wind and next door guest) making it very difficult to sleep. Hotel staff was apologetic and offered a partial refund which is why I gave the property 3 stars instead of 1.
