Nice stay,friendly staff,breakfast was expecting continental but a nice surprise when there was hot cooked as well,very nice.hotel very nicely decorated for christmas.very nice area but unfortunately we visited out of season.only downside was the room was cold when we arrived and we didnt find the radiator until the next morning when we opened the curtains up then we turned it on,afterwards we did think it would have been turned on already knowing guests were arriving,apart from that couldnt fault anything and would definitely consider going again

It is a Beach Hotel but we don't need to live with the sand of the former guest in our shower and room. The Staff was fantastic. They never mentioned on the website that meals need to be scheduled in the morning, then we can't eat at the restaurant when we arrived. There are many options to eat close to the hotel. It was not a big deal.

dirty and sticky restaurant floors, dirty carpet nobody can make decisions loud guests were making party during the night and no hotel night manager was available if you just want to have a base camp and have a dog, the hotel is OK however, the beach is quite a walk from there!

I booked the Fletcher Hotel in Renesse in mistake, confusing it with the Fletcher Hotel Duinzicht. Both are in Ouddorp. Fletcher Hotels central booking system could not transfer the booking because it had been made through Hotels.com. We didn't check in and made another booking at the other Fletcher Hotel in Ouddorp. I had to pay for the hotel I didn't stay in!

Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Easy parking in the back. The front appartments to the street were a bit noisy at night some windows were single glass windows. The TV was not working properly, needs a new screen. The dinner was nice prepared but not enough if you are hungry! Only one service person in the dining room: not enough staff, as always!

Some of the staff were very unfriendly. We were there over Whitsun, when there is also a lot of partying. They wanted to throw us out as soon as the first loud music started. However, the police made sure that we were allowed to stay in the hotel. If you accept 18 boys as hotel guests, you can expect a certain level of tolerance. One room also smelled of a strange liquid. Breakfast was great though. If it hadn't been for the one member of staff, we would have been much happier. De kamer was schoon en de behulpzame medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk daar wordt je blij van zeker als je meer dagen en nachten mocht logeren 👍ook een verrassing met afscheid nemen vanmorgen, ik kreeg een fles wijn 🍷 voor mijn verjaardag 🎁 toch erg lief dat daar ook aandacht voor, zo kom je opnieuw weer eens terug , en ook dichtbij de duinen en strand van Renesse 👌met vriendelijke groet 🖖 Elias Quartel en goede vriend Ad Lankhuizen uit Strijen 🏝️😘

De kamer was zeer gedateerd en had last van achterstallig onderhoud. Zeer gehorige kamers en de gordijnen zijn zeer licht doorlatend waardoor je zowel door het geluid van de buren als het ochtendlicht, vroeg wakker bent. Enige reden van 3 sterren is voor de vriendelijke dame achter de balie waar we 's ochtends hebben uitgecheckt.

Kamer is erg gedateerd en was niet geheel schoon spinnewebben aan plafond en in de hoeken van de kamer veel stof met daarin haren. Bed linnen was goed Optisch zag het er redelijk uit. Ontbijt was ook sumier .In het restaurant was het eten goed en ook warm aleen jammer dat het personeel ging stofzuigen tijdens het eten!!

Das Frühstück war als einzigtes Super, alles andere nicht erfreulich, Bettmatratzen eine katastrophe, Zimmerboden schmutzig ( Fleckig) Fenster, Gardinen Balkon unsauber. Bad sehr klein wie 1960, keine Abstellflächen, kein Haartrockner, kein Cosmetikspiegel, eine Katastrophe. Alles sehr ungepflegt.

De liging is oké. Alhoewel STRAND hotel zou doen vermoeden dat je dichter bij het strand ligt. Te duur voor de luxe wat geboden wordt. De beneden kamers zijn oubolig en dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe. Enkele stoelen in het restaurant kunnen zeker vervangen worden. Personeel wel erg vriendelijk.
