"Everything was great! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent—I only wish it stayed open a little later so we could enjoy it for lunch as well. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options and late-night snacks nearby. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and maintained very well. The only area for improvement would be the shower room edges which could use a bit more attention to remove the orange stains. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"I liked the location of the hotel, conveniently located at the beginning of a strip of shopping, then down to the pier. The staff was welcoming and service was great. The room (3 beds) was spacious, modern and great partial view of the lake. The breakfast was good, lots of options."

"We got the room with a private hot tub and lake view which was nice. However the wood finishes inside the room showed the test of time, and there was only a small upholstered seat, so cannot enjoy looking at Sun Moon Lake as much. The rate included half board (breakfast and dinner), both at an enormous dining hall with many food stations served buffet style. There were so many guests (200-300?) that dining was in 2 shifts. Apparently many tour groups were bused in. I don't know where they stayed, as the wing we were at was pleasantly uncrowded."
