The staff was very nice. Room super clean, newly decorated and painted. Very nice rooms and good value. There was a bigger than a tiny fridge. The one thing I would say is when you don't have a full house you can spread guests out. We had someone right over top of us both nights that was stomping around and very noisy. There was no reason to put someone in the room right over us with most rooms empty. There were only four cars the first night, five the second night, and I think they had 16 or 18 rooms. During the slow season, you have the luxury of spacing people out, so there's rooms in between and it's quieter for everyone. Thank you. Overall a great stay!

The ac kept turning on and off with no way to keep it running which made the room feel stuffy when it was off. I couldn't even keep the fan running consistently. Also the TV was in a position which made it impossible to watch, not even a chair to watch it with. Overall the bed was comfy, the shower was hot, the location was good.

The hotel is very close to free way 101 and the redwoods state park. Hence we chose this hotel. It is very quiet though it's close to the free way 101, that's what I like this hotel the best. The staff was nice when we checked in. The room is big, the shower and hot water are very good. Only issue is we found some long hairs on the bed and floor, which are obviously belong to us. So I double how was the cleaning did before.

It's a small town, all the places are on the main street. Still it was quiet and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. They've upgraded the rooms and are nice and roomy. It was nice enough for the overnight stop. We slept well which matters the most on road trips.

paid extra for a toddler, didn't even have towels for 3, no place to sit, they used a plug in air freshener that stunk, the toilet had clearly leaked so much the floor in front of it was spongy, and had separated the laminate, it smelled like an outhouse, very expensive for the poor quality.

Very clean rooms, good beds, pleasant staff, older building that is well maintained. Can be pretty noisy because of stairs and “Taco Tuesday” at bar next door. Bar food is very good, though. (Get the wings!!) Great pizza, beer and salads at Lost Frenchman down the street. Excellent coffee at Signature Coffee co-op roastery, also down the street. Good location for exploring the redwoods.
