Não indico para casais em filho. Um barulho terrrivel dentro do hotel (karooke no volume 10 , crianças correndo , palhaço falando alto no microfone. Comida (café da manhã ) - boa ; Limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar. Cheiro de urina forte no vaso sanitário.

Achei péssimo para um resort Aposentos precisando de reforma. Muito barulho, só conseguia fazer meu filho dormir após as 22 horas que era quando acabava a música. Brinquedos velhos. Comida muito básica para resort Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Hotel muito caro para o que entrega. Meu quarto foi arrumado 4h da tarde. O ar condicionado tava pingando e molhando o quarto todo. A porta do banheiro é toda inchada. O Atendimento do restaurante foi terrível, além de quase não sermos atendidos, ainda tiveram um problema com meu prato que demorou mais de 1h para ser entregue. Me obrigaram a ficar falando com o "concierge" que só queria ficar me vendendo e foi super chato. O travesseiro é terrível. Não volto e não indico para ninguém.

Resort Horrivel... paguei o quarto mais caro, o quarto parecia um rio... o ar condicionado vazando agua... tive que limpar varias vezes durante o dia. Falamos na recepcao, disseram que iam enviar alguem e nunca fizeram. Paguei 1.800 reais de diaria para passar por isso? Estou tentando carregar as fotos para enviar, porem o aplicativo nao esta abrindo a opcao de ENVIAR FOTOS

Muito bom o hotel, ficamos bem satisfeitos, única coisa que chateou na saída do hotel foi que o transfer iria chegar 13:15 e gostaríamos de almoçar no hotel e eu pedi 30 minutos a mais só pra podermos almoçar e falaram na recepção que tinha que desocupar hotel meio dia que não poderia nada a mais , do resto super bem atendidos , só na recepção na saída mesmo

Incompatível com o grupo Wish

Para quem está acostumada com o padrão da rede Wish, esse deixou muito a desejar. As camas extremamente desconfortáveis (a de casal era duas de solteira juntos) . Tínhamos que implorar pra limparem nosso quarto. A gente saia , fazia passeio, tomava café , almoçava e quando voltava o quarto tava do mesmo jeito. A limpeza muito mal feita e a comida em alguns dias tinha aparência de requentada. Área kids com poucos brinquedos quebrados e imundos. Pelo valor ,eu não recomendo.

Hotel bom porém achamos a piscina pequena pelo número de hóspedes que o hotel comporta e também o restaurante quando o hotel está bem ocupado como foi no período que estivemos lá o restaurante fica muito cheio, falta lugares, tem que esperar repor os utensílios tipo prato, xícara e refeições no demais tudo bom

A estadia foi ótima, ja é a segunda vez que me hospedo no Marupiara e como sempre foi excelente. A unica ressalva que faco é na questao do jantar, alguns pratos estavam bem salgados, entao seria melhor avaliar essa parte pois tem pessoas que não podem por questoes de saúde. No mais estava tudo perfeito!

O hotel ja te recebe com uma "concierge" tentando te vender aquelas frações de suite. Ao conseguir se livrar da "cilada" vc pega um corredor longo sem ventilação até o quarto. O quarto é espaçoso mas encontra-se visivelmente cansado e precisando de reforma. Chuveiro com agua pra todo lado menos no centro, rejuntes com excesso de limo e limpeza abaixo do esperado. No restaurante por 2 vezes recebi cerveja (18 reais a long neck corona)quente. O jantar incluído na meia pensão é farto e gostoso porém se repete todos os dias. ( Não existe uma força para fazer um dia italiano/ japonesa/ hambúrguer, etc). Num desses jantares me servi de uma salada de grão de bico que continha camarões picados em sua composição quando na discrição do prato na mesa só constava salada de grão de bico(camarão é um alimento que comimente causa alergia em muitas pessoas e por isso devia constar na descrição). Neste dia tive que me ausentar do jantar e passar por atendimento no centro de ipojuca para administração de corticoide endovenoso. Resumindo: se você tem uma exigência média pra cima não ficará satisfeito com esse hotel. A rede Wish vai deixando claro que a cada dia seu principal foco é vender frações de apartamento de programas de "vantagens" que sabemos que só trazem vantagens a eles próprios.
