Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Hotel difficult to find as map pinpoint was wrong - so had to do several U-turns on dual carriageway to locate it. The hotel is OK. We booked a "deluxe executive" chalet but all of the others looked the same. Room was big and bed comfy but aircon noisy. Pool was nice. Breakfast not worth getting up for. Not far from Tesco but not much else. Just an average motel for a one-night stop.

Ok for an overnight stay
The advertisement makes the place looks newer than it is. Pool is definetly showing some age but was ok for an afternoon swim.
There is not much in the area to get to without a taxi so I wouldn't stay very long.
Breakfast was included in the room but I had an early bus to the airport. The staff opened up the kitchen early to me but there was confusion on trying to get just toast because the buffet was not open. They brought me an egg with salad and weiners , and I'm cautious about not eating raw vegetables in Thailand. By the time the staff understood what I was asking for (non English ) I had bread in the toaster and my bus showed up. Long and short I didn't eat breakfast and was ticked off at the communication error.
Otherwise the room was basic but tidy. The room has A/C and hot water shower. It was all in all average for Thai hotel but I stayed in nicer places in main ranong.
Sehr gutes Hotel für die Durchreise. Man kann es aber auch länger aushalten. Grosse saubere Zimmer, grosser Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Etwas ausserhalb der City in der Nähe der Hot Springs.
