Good location for the bus station

We picked this hotel because it is close to the bus terminal that we were leaving from in the morning. stayed there again when we came back from Quilotoa. They kept our suitcase and then put us back in the same room. The price is right. It was a bit noisy, our room faced the main street. Many places have filtered water available to you to fill up instead of buying bottles, this one did not.

Close to Bus Station, Good Value

Overall good value. The room is very neat and the shower has good water. The area is a bit loud with all the honking horns from the passing traffic outside, but a great hostel to stay for going to the Quitumbe Bus Station. I walked there from my room in the morning. No issues.

Hotel Miguel Angel

Only the showers have hot water and there were no night stands, but for me the friendliness and eagerness to be helpful of all the staff more than made up for that. The one thing I don't like is the snack tray in the room. They have to determine what is missing and charge you for it when you leave. To me this is much more a complication than a service.

Hotel on the south side of town

They were having trouble getting the hot water to work. It took them 2 days to fix it. Also no refrigerator on the premises. Had to make other arrangements for my insulin.

Nice, clean hotel close to Terminal Quitumbe

We arrived to Hotel San Miguel late at night and checked in with no problem. The hotel was clean, quiet and with hot showers which is all that we wanted for a trip. It is great if you need an affordable place to stay near Terminal Quitumbe.

Convenient to local market, parks, transport.

The hotel is across the street from the local market, and a short walk to parks, athletic facilities, hospital, clinics, and numerous small restaurants and service businesses. The major transportation facility of the Southern part of Quito is close by as well, which makes it a good location to start an exploration of the broader country. It is a bit noisy and congested, but that is to be expected for the location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and interested in your personal experience.

Es un hotel pequeño y situado al sur de la Ciudad

Lo mejor que tiene el Hotel es la atención del personal, debo decir que son muy atentos y amigables, limpian la habitación a diario, su ubicación es en el sur pero esta muy cerca del terminal de quitumbe y las estaciones del los buses denominadas Fundeporte, y chllogallo, del corredor sur occidental, para mis efectos estuvo perfecto. sólo recomendaría tener la posibilidad de vender bebidas refrigeradas en el mismo hotel, ya que el clima es cambiante y a veces hace calor. Por lo demás estoy bastante complacido en especial con el trato recibido que para mi es lo mas importante...

Very busy area of town. Noisy and a lot of diesel fumes. Staff was great and always went way out of their way to assist us. Great place to stay to emmerse yourself in Quito culture There was no one to pick us up at the airport despite assurances beforehand. It took a couple of phone calls to finally get someone to transport us to the hotel. The transfer to the hotel was one of the selling points to choose thus hotel originally.

Clean and friendly, but on a very busy street.

The rooms are clean but small. Staff are very friendly. Hot water took forever to get hot. Extremely noisey street location. Beds not very comfortable. Good bang for the buck. Definitely not 4 star.....3 is pushing it....

Good Hotel for a budget price

We checked in during the evening, the staff was very helpful and polite. If your staying here you need to know a little Spanish. Huge rooms and very clean, the staff was very attentive. You are not allowed to bring any food into your room, which I found a little odd. But they do offer a variety of drinks and snacks in the room, at a cost. Just no outside food can come in. We found it very loud here, starting at about 3am,its a very busy road. There are a lot of trucks and buses on this road and somehow the exhaust was making it into out room. There are also many stairs, had said there was parking, but it a few blocks down the road.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable.

I only stayed here for a night but it was pleasant. The hotel is situated a a little bit out of Old town but not a problem if you don't mind a short cab ride. The one slight issue I faced was that the staff didn't speak much English, however, it didn't pose much of problem. They still went out of their way to help/please me. My room was very comfortable, neat and tidy. It was also very quiet which was very important to me at the time. I needed to catch up on some sleep so this was the perfect hotel to do that at.

Good Hotel.... Good Price

excellent service, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities in terms of location could say that this close proximity to many interesting places near the bus station is to travel to the volcano Cotopaxi, Guayaquil, Quito airport, etc. . There are also supermarkets, shopping malls and others very nice places nearby ..... Also the hotel offers free tourist information for traveling to the most tourist sites in Ecuador ... One of the nice things that the internet was also free. I did not pay extra, really have a good time ....
