Great Budget Hotel in Good Location
Hotel Cumanda is a very nice budget hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are a great deal for the price. The location is also very centrally located.

Great location
Great location, friendly staff and clean spacious room. Breakfast was tasty and Only 5 minutes walk into main square of old town and you're surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Only negative no hot water.

Peu mieux faire
Emplacement un peu isolé, non pas par rapport au centre historique mais la rue n'est pas très engageante. Salle de bain mal équipée. Il faut demande l'eau chaude pour en avoir et attendre bien 30 MM pour en avoir. Il faut ensuite ouvrir le robinet à fond pour obtenir de l'eau suffisamment chaude mais comme il n'y a pas de rideaux de douche, c'est ensuite la piscine dans la sdb.
Par contre le monsieur de la réception qui est là le soir est fort sympathique et arrangeant.

2 days in Quito
A very friendly place, nice people and a fresh breakfast every morning. Perfectly placed just outside of the historic district. My room was clean and comfortable. The hot water (7am-10pm) was just warm enough. You will meet Xavier and he will make time to show you the city he loves.
