Loft room has plenty of space. Elevator stopped responding to room key cards to go up but we could still use them down. Service was grear and friendly, were able to change our room easily.

The room was dirty, specially the bathroom. There was mold and rust stains in the walls. The toilet accessories were broken/needed fixing, the toilet paper holder was not well fixed. The bed sheets and towels had stains. The staff was kind and helpful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable due to the state of the facilities. I won't be coming back.

Originally were given a room that was dirty and deteriorated the following day we were moved to an slightly better room. We were 3 of on the reservation and the cleaning person kept leaving 2 towels only we had to call the front desk to ask for an additional towel. We were told by another guest no to use the restaurant as the food quality was poor, and prove that to be correct on our last day of stay. The room service however was much better but will never try the breakfasts buffet. This was a great disappointment after staying in your hotels in Mexicali Guadalajara and viaducto CDMX

The hotel was listed as accepting mascoras. When I made the reservation I disclosed that I had a flightless bird. The reservation was confirmed. When I got to the hotel, after six hours of traveling and a doctor's appointment ugh, they said they don't take pets only dogs. I told them To check the confirmation and if they didn't want me to stay there, they could find a hotel that would take a bird and call a taxi and provide the transportation to get to the new hotel. They said they couldn't do that either. Then they told me that it was going to cost more money. I told them I was already paying more money for 2 beds when I had reserved a room with one bed. And I asked for the single room and then they said that this was the only room that pets were allowed to stay in. Then they wanted to charge my credit card a voucher fee of 500 pesos just In case? They proceeded to charge my card and extra 500 pesos which they said they were not going to point. I was hurting. I was tired and I just wanted to lie down. I told them we would finish the conversation in the morning and that they needed to give me a key to this room that happened to be hike from the reception desk. Then the kid didn't work and I had to hike back to the receptiondesk to get help to open the door. The hamburger I ordered was very good and I thought, maybe that was going to be the end of it. But I woke up to 2 cockroaches running around the room. There was a coffee machine and no coffee cups, and more of a debate trying to check out
